I can't believe this place is even a bank. I walked in there was only one banker there talking to a couple and only one teller. I walked up to the teller and asked her where I can sign to speak to someone and she said that you have to make an appointment online. I asked her if this bank accepts people that just walk in without an appointment and she said no, you have to make an appointment online in order to speak to someone

now i undertand why this branch so slow.that banker really don’t know how to open the account for customer.i called customer service they told me i don’t need bring those ducuments.i think the banker S A just try to make this branch close down soon.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews for this place. I was treated with the utmost courtesy while opening a new account. The process was quick and easy. The bank personnel were all personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Highest accolades to branch manager Tiffany and representatives Wendy, and John. Big thumbs up…!

The staff there are very nice, caring and professional. I just have their 2% cash back reward card, and tried to make a payment. My first time in this branch. A teller asked me if I have their app, he could help me set it up so that I don't have to come in to make a payment. Since I was making partial cash payment, I was saying maybe next time, and I appreciate him letting me know such option.It was in the 90s out and inside the branch was cool, I started coughing for no particular reason. The branch manager offered me water, and the teller lady offered me lollipop. I was all better after that.The branch manager explained the grace period for the credit card information. And their 2% cash reward card is very good, gets me $200 rewards after some money spent anyway, and has certain period interest free, which I was not sure for how long, and the manager said that he could not find out from the computer, I need to call the credit card company. All and all, they are helpful, kind and professional. I would strongly recommend this branch to everyone.

I have sufficient monies in my account. I paid a contractor by check on the 23rd of June! What a travesty that they will not honor check on their end to chase. People, take your money OUT. Don't let critical business transactions get railroaded by unscrupulous banking practices polished over with excuses and post-COVID bureaucracy!

Horrible service. They closed my account and froze my money without any reason or notice to me.Every time I call I get jerked around. I showed up to complain they did nothing to get me my money back it’s been about 4 months and nothing has been resolved. 1800 number is useless and the managers here can’t give me a straight answer.

Hours aren't long but the people who work here are very nice and the bank is clean. I hardly ever see it crowded now with covid rules in place. The atm has never given me any issues. I just wish the bank was open for longer hours on the weekend.

Worst bank. Horrible customer service. Takes 1 week for a standard check to clear through. Don't waste your time opening an account. Go to chase they are much better.
