Was charged for my eye exam, but not my daughter's. I have insurance through Costco, and our eye exams are free. The process of the eye exam itself was great but was brought down by the "checkout" lady that couldn't figure the insurance out.

I had a really great experience here!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled an appointment prior and I was in and out very quickly.

Had appointment follow up for a contact lens check at 3:15. Came in 20 minutes early hoping to be seen early. There was no sense in that. Wasn't seen by Dr. until 4:45pm and wasn't out of there until 5:30pm. Had to cancel dinner reservations. I really like the Dr and prices are great but I don't think I'll be back.

No point in scheduling an appointment. Expect to spend multiple hours waiting and having people that arrived after you having assistance first. I am 0/2 here this year and going back to Reed. Office needs to work on organization and patient management skills.Staff is friendly which can justify the 1 star (since there is no 0 star option)

Horrible experience one month to get trial contacts and won't release my prescription after telling them lenses were fine until doctor release it and then order the lenses I've never had such a bad experience they will not be ordering my lenses and wait another month no!

This has too be by far the worst eye place EVER. Had to return my new glasses 3 times. Then I had to take them to get tighten and they were so crooked. But I took them somewhere else for that. I will never ever go back in there again. Please stay away Walmart is probably better then them!!!!

This was my first visit to America's Best. The doctor was very professional. The store seemed very busy. We had to keep waiting while the front of the store workers kept answering and making phone calls. The rest room was not clean and the trash needed to be taken out. It was the middle of the day (12:00), so I don't think it was done recently. They didn't have the frames I am used to, so I took my prescription to another place. I like the frames that come with clip-on sunglass frames.

The prices advertised are a come on. If you need anything besides plain, single vision glasses, forget the deals. With insurance, one pair of progressive lens glasses was $352. I will say they have a nice selection of frames for under $100.

This is my third year using America’s best. The doctor, staff, and GM were great. They were transparent, honest, and extremely polite. I have recommended this location to my friends and family.

Got through before my appointed time . Staff was attentive and cordial . Dr fischetto was my OD and he was great . My overall test and such was reasonable also.

I stopped in just a few days ago and I must say I was impressed with the service, the speed, and general experience of the staff. I came in and was immediately greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk I think her name was olivia, I told her that I needed help getting my glasses fixed and she had me take a seat at the front and called over a young bearded fella, he took my glasses, and not only fixed them right away, but also had the patience to sit there and listen to me yammer on well after he fixed my glasses, I can't recall the man's name specifaclly, I think it was stan, or sam. Its important that i mention that the young man helping me had to stop for briefs moments to help his co-workers but afterwards he came right back over to apoligize and finish up with me. 10/10 i might have to even consider switching eye doctors.

Waited 4 weeks for my appointment (Greece location) when I arrived was told there's no doctor. I told the lady at the counter i have an appointment and travelled 50 minutes. The lady at the desk told me she left a voice-mail which I never received. Instead of getting me an immediate appointment when the doctor returns the lady says I need to set up a new appointment and wait another month. Terrible way of doing business. I was treat as if I missed my appointment. If the eye doctor misses the appointment the patient shouldn't need to wait that long again for another appointment.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1150 am, I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was not told that the doctor was running 1 hour behind on scheduled appointments. This is what 1 of the employees told me at 12:30 when I asked if the doctor would be coming in soon. Another 15min go by and I finally walk up to the front and I ask another employee when the doctor would be ready and they that I have been already waiting for an 1.5hr bc I had arrived early as well. I was told that they knew of no delay and that the doctor would be with me. I told them to cancel my appointment. It's ridiculous to have to wait 1.5hrs with no heads up that there d a delay for any scheduled appointment! Poor poor customer service here!!!
