I had a very unique situation. I called the night before to make sure someone would be there to handle the problem. They left me on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me. The manager who was supposed to be there in the morning was not there. No one would help me. They sent me to the store in the mall. The gentleman in the mall was incredible. He went through hell trying to come up with a solution. And he did finally figure it out. He was awesome. I highly advise going to the store in the mall. They were much more knowledgeable, kind, and understanding of my very unique situation.

Went in to purchase a new phone/line. One customer ahead of us, two associates in the store. Associate took our name said "someone will be with you shortly" and walked away. Other associate finished with his customer and walked into the back. After a few minutes he came back, sat down, did paperwork or something ignoring us. Another customer walked in and he immediately jumped up and helped them. We asked if someone else was available to help us and he said someone would be out shortly. Waited 30 minutes and still no help. Drove to another town and got helped with a new phone and line in less time than we waited at the Greece store. Never again!

Terrible service at this store. Last night we were told to come in today to see a manager, who was supposed to have a phone transferred in from another store for us. We walked in with only 1 person ahead of us. Someone took our name, said it would be a few minutes & walked away. 30 min later no one had helped us, another customer was taken in front of us and we never saw a manager. When I explained the situation to the 1 person on the floor they said they’d send someone right out. After another 15 minutes that no additional help came, we left empty handed. We went in to add a new phone to our plan. Instead we drove to another store 20 minutes away to give them our business instead.

Had update on phone (which I have no control over) and lost mobile data so I can't use my phone unless on wifi but in order to fix I have to pay which makes no sense n seems like a scam to me

Had a sim issue with my z flip 5, stopped by during the day and got the wrong number and almost lost my actual number due to the incompetence of some tattooed employee (don't remember his name, that's how you know he was bad) but I came into the store later that same day, spent 5 minutes working with a man named Paris and got everything fixed the right way. Paris was extremely professional and understanding of the situation, the entire process took like 5 minutes, employees should STRIVE to be HALF as professional as Paris was. If you're reading this brotha thank you again!!!

Ryan at the west ridge AT&T store was outstanding. He patiently answered every question, was very friendly and respectful. He also spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed. He made a stressful process very pleasant, outstanding customer service.

Micheal was very helpful to me in resetting my voicemail and adding me on to the account. He was most respectful and kind. He wasn't rushing you at all. He lusten patiently and made sure you were satisfied. Micheal was at the Greece ATT store on West Ridge. This was Monday, morning on June 3, 2024.

West Ridge Greece, went to upgrade my IPhone, Paris was the first one we saw. He was so laid back, so easy to work with! Very knowledgeable, and professional. We even sat around talked while my phone transferred! It was such a pleasant experience, thank you Paris keep up the great work!!!

I switched to att last month bring 4 of my phones and adding 2 more Mike the store manager on east ridge said my bill would be 150 monthly, that was ok but he made me travel to cricket to unlock my phones abd did not activate my phones we had to do it,i got my first bill auto pay by the way and att debited my bank acct for 524 dollars leaving me unable to pay my bills, i then went to the coroporate store in greece and a young man who i think perris is his name helped ,he corrected all the errors that mike made but was unable to refund my overpayment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATT - DISGUSTING - I have been a business customer with ATT since 2012, their store service and phone customer service is an absolute disgrace, & I recommend to NOT use ATT & especially this store. Due to complete incompetence decided to leave and go with a different carrier. ATT refuses to unlock one of my fully paid off phones due to an internal error on their end that is not my fault, (basically they have an internal error of the phone numbers listed with incorrect devise and vise versa for each phone, meaning the Samsung phone is incorrectly listed with the Iphones phone number and vise versa, causing the 'system' to not be able to unlock the phone, via the 'form' or the 'app' and these are the only 2 ways to unlock the phone, (it won't work since the number does not match the devise in their system, as they entered it incorrectly, as they are so incompetent and useless). The phone is fully paid for and I do NOT owe on a bill, but ATT is UNLAWFULLY refusing to unlock the phone due to THEIR internal ERROR!! Customer service on the phone is no help at all, called 7 times, they told me to come into the store. At the store asked for the Manager got I think his name was 'Dave' who was the 'acting manager' (main manager was on vacation & not back to May, so hands tied really) Dave could NOT help at all, he verified all the information we filled out on the unlock devise form was fully CORRECT, including emails, pass code, etc, yet the system still refused to unlock the phone, (again this is likely due to THEIR internal error of the phone numbers and devises mixed up,) Please FIX this internal error and UNLOCK MY PHONE NOW. Asked for the district manager contact details when I was there on Friday, since store manager is on vacation, 'Dave' acting manager, gave me an email for 'Jason Konenski' as the district manager, I emailed him on Friday, still no response end of business day on Monday?? I went to my new phone provider service today to explain the issues to them.
The lady at the new phone place pre-called this ATT store for me to go down today, to get a transfer number, with no luck on line or by phone/ app ect, and told me to ask for 'Darren' who she spoke too on the phone, - when I arrive I am told there is no 'Darren' at the store? What? And yes, we have the correct store. The person that greeted me was the same as last Friday, the acting manager 'Dave' - I believe Dave is playing foul as Dave could not help me get the transfer number I needed, even though we were told to come down to the store for this, big surprise there, so where I am supposed to get it from? if not from the corporate store??
I told 'Dave' that I did not hear back from my email to the district manager yet, he told me they 'just found out' they are moving management positions around, (meaning my email would likely not be answered as the person I emailed may not be the manager anymore,) Is this a joke?? Did they really give me the managers email?? And he said he could NOT give me the email for the 'new' district manager either, so basically no help from anywhere. What is the name, email and phone number of the district manager? I have 3 main issues that I need help with and both phone staff and store staff are completely incompetent. ONE - unlock the phone I need unlocked, refund for the returned phone that was delivered, (yes another issue I have not been helped with) FIX the internal error you have on my account. You are refusing to release a fully paid off phone due to an internal error on YOUR end, caused by you guys. FIX IT NOW. I will be reporting this to the BBB the FCC and the state consumer protection bureau. Even refusing to give me the email of the new district manager is a disgrace for a business customer since 2012. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATT

Got there 7:15 and was met the by staff who were closing the store denying me service. ?♂️
They claim to close at 8 btw.
