Even though there is no signage, as required by NYS for a "no refund policy," there are generally no refunds or exchanges allowed on annual plans. This is true even if one simply wants to exchange a lower price annual service package for a higher price annual service package. They cannot simply just charge the difference here, even if requested on the same day. In order for me to get the Go Wash Select annual plan, after paying for the Go Wash Basic annual plan, I had to contact the corporate office. About a week later, someone called back with an offer to help. The corporate customer service agent said that she had to get special permission from her supervisor to make the exchange. At the corporate level, the customer service is fine. It doesn't seem as though associates are empowered for customer service at the local level however. Buyer beware-- I hope this helps someone else.”
