Breanna or whatever the pharmacist is terrible . We sent the refill 4 days ago. Came to pick it up 4 days later n she said it wasn’t ready and won’t be because they close. They had 4 days to fill it. Poor service n she was just a nasty individual. I will take my business elsewhere. She thinks she’s all high and mighty controlling peoples medication which is sickening. She deserves to be fired n she’s prob stealing medication acting like that trying to have control over people. No compassion nothing.

Pharmacy is the worst. Get texts saying scripts are ready and when going to pick up 3 hours or more later they can't find it. The staff are also rude. Have heard them laugh at a persons last name including ours when it's given to them to find the script. Unfortunately Aetna owns CVS and forces us to use them and will not cover scripts anywhere else.

The pharmacy manager Brianna has chosen not to fill my prescription after very likely shorting me by a 10 day supply. She admits someone else may have chosen to fill the script and when I questioned this, she retaliated by saying she will hold it for an additional 3 days. I offered to pay cash, but apparently she believes I am abusing a medication meant to treat neuropathy and nerve pain. This medication is long term and has stayed the same dosage throughout my care. The symptoms when discontinued are severe and result in a flare of my autoimmune disorder.

Great company! I shop both in-store and via the CVS app. Very helpful staff! Excellent prices and a wide selection of products to choose from!!! I've been shopping at CVS for 11+ years and highly recommend their company!

Despite having their hands tied with the huge cutbacks on pharmacy staff and massive oversight removal this location and I hope others like it are DEVOTED to their patients. Staff protect patients rights, privacy and safety using compassion to create a professional environment the industry and the company itself is failing to support. Please the people who work in these locations are one bad day away from leaving the Industry all together. Be kind. THANK YOU to my Pharmacy team for keeping me safe and healthy for over 3 years at this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughters father went looking for AfterBite for a mosquito bite. They did not HAVE any AfterBite, but the pharmacist took it upon him/herself to peddle whatever else he could, apparently going into detail about Allegra being the ONLY safe allergy medication for children's brains, something about molecules? And selling him a tube of cortisone of which we already have 5, but this one has ALOE! So he went in for a $5 medication and came home WITHOUT it, but managed to spend $40 on things we DONT need. My kid doesn't even have allergies. Granted it's my daughters father's fault as well, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he will do ANYTHING for his daughter, so if the pharmacist tells him Allegra will save his daughters brain molecules, you'd better believe he's falling for it. We stay on a tight budget so this really irks me. I'd visit the store in person to express how I feel but I have anger issues and zero tolerance for stupid so I would end up doing more harm than good. Seems to me the solution is to hire a pharmacist who actually HELPS people, not this numbskull talking about brain molecules. Won't be visiting this store again and it's my recommendation whoever reads this go elsewhere as well.

I guess me showing up in line put the guy in the pharmacy in a mood. Nice to have my receipt thrown at me too. No reason to be so rude to people keeping you working.

Couldn’t purchase anything from this location with my debit card because they “were down”or offline that wasn’t processing card transactions today. What a huge inconvenience for a store that’s supposed to be convenient. Anyways after 3 failed attempts trying to use my card I went to Wegmans instead and got mucinex for much cheaper! We talking like $8 cheaper! Thanks cvs for your system being down.

I’ve been having a lot of issues getting a medication i’ve been on for a very long time. The pharmacist at the Long Pond store in Greece NY,Jon is amazing. He took the time to explain to me what options I could look into.I was so impressed that he took the time out of his very busy day to help me.I can’t thank him enough and I guess I was shocked because sometimes they make you feel like your bothering them.
Thank you Jon for your kindness, you made my day.God Bless

If you want help you are out of Luck. I attempted to transfer a prescription for an hour and a half... YES I know you have an App and a website they were no HELP. No answer to the phone either . I can fix this myself there is a drugstore on every corner I will find one thats possible to communicate with intelligent life when necessary. CVS has a serious problem.

That ginger with glasses at the pharmacy I’m guessing his name is Scott seeing the other comments… Seems MISERABLE. Bro get a new job or get laid. He’s got a little snarky attitude like a little girl. I feel bad for his co workers lol
