If you want help you are out of Luck. I attempted to transfer a prescription for an hour and a half... YES I know you have an App and a website they were no HELP. No answer to the phone either . I can fix this myself there is a drugstore on every corner I will find one thats possible to communicate with intelligent life when necessary. CVS has a serious problem.

That ginger with glasses at the pharmacy I’m guessing his name is Scott seeing the other comments… Seems MISERABLE. Bro get a new job or get laid. He’s got a little snarky attitude like a little girl. I feel bad for his co workers lol

Went to the long pond cvs and one of the pharmacy employees were very unprofessional and rude. The line was long and a guy in line made a joke about it taking long. When he finally got his turn, the cvs employee in the pharmacy was raising her voice belittling him in front of all of us and told him to go elsewhere. She was loud, rude and very unprofessional and said go to Wegmans multiple times. This was uncalled for and made me upset and very unhappy. The customer she verbally abused did not deserve this. CVS management, if you read this please take it seriously and make changes.

The. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. They promise your medicine at a particular time. I always give an hour grace period due to the high volume; BUT WHEN I GO AND PICK UP MY MEDICINE, AFTER AN HOUR, I ALWAYS GET TOLD THAT THE PHARMACIST IS WORKING ON IT NOW AND NEEDS ANOTHER 30 minutes. That 30 minutes turns into 3+ hours. It's absolutely insane. Don't bother complaining...because everyone does, and nothing happens. I don't think they care about the customers. There's 3 registers; but only one person working on it and the line is wrapped around the aisles while there are other people just walking around with paper and bags pretending to work. I don't understand. It is the closest pharmacy to the house and work; and I really don't want to travel just to get medications, but I think I may have to. This place infuriates me.

The pharmacy manager, Scott, could not have been any more rude, unprofessional or disrespectful. How CVS promoted/hired someone like him into a leadership position with his utter lack of character is very concerning. He could not care less if you are a customer or dirt on his shoe, you’re treated the same - a big inconvenience to his existence as a pharmacist. He and his PharmD are more important than you and he’ll make sure you know it. I will be bringing all future business to Walgreens after witnessing how he treated others and then how he treated my family.

Do NOT bother calling the pharmacy. No matter what day or time, you'll wait 30-60 minutes on hold. And apparently their phones are difficult to answer, because half of your calls will end up with them answering & ending the call while fumbling the phone.

I truly enjoy having a neighborhood CVS to shop at. This store is typically well stocked and clean and you can choose self check out if you prefer not to wait in line. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful when I’ve had questions. Sometimes they have items I can’t find elsewhere. When you stop there they send you coupons and reward bucks to use which helps with their pricing. Although I could shop online I prefer supporting my local stores whenever I can. I hope you’ll do the same.

Kind, patient, and helpful. I thought I left my purse there and that maybe it got stolen, so I asked the front desk to see if someone could check security footage to see if I left with my purse. I nerve expected them to actually go through their footage to help me, but they called me within 15 minutes telling me what was on the footage! I was so thankful.

I have never experienced a pharmacy with a pharmacist as rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful as Scott. You'd think he would be more personable working in a customer service field, but every time I've interacted with him, he's acted as if I'm inconveniencing him by being there. We only started using this pharmacy because the one we originally used on Mt Read closed, but we're definitely switching pharmacies by choice now.

Been using this pharmacy for almost 20 years. It used to be wonderful. Outstanding customer service with nary an issue. Now every time I go there I feel like I've been transported to a 3rd world country. Scripts not ready on time (often because they don't have commonly used medications in stock), incorrect information logged into their system, loooong wait times in line, inside the store and at the drive up, and the customer service is just abominable. The people that work there now couldn't care less about their jobs or the customers they serve. One day I actually heard one of the employees complaining about her hangover to her coworkers. I'm done. Will be using Wegmans pharmacy from now on.

Pharmacy at the Greece New york long pond rd have absolutely no empathy or concern for customers health. I certainly do not trust them nor would I endorse them.

It I what it is. Can never seem to get the automated teller who says “you have a prescription at so and so facility” and then when I get there it not even be ready or noticed by the store. This store is the hub for Greece and constantly out of meds since the Mt Read facility closed.
