I was the unknowing recipient of this fruit and chocolate bouquet. HOWEVER, the delivery driver never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door, or called either phone number from the order (order placer or mine, which was provided. They just left the arrangement in the sun on my front step on a hot day. I work from home in an office, my husband was home in bed sick, 2 cars in the driveway- it wouldn’t have taken much to notify us we had something that should be refrigerated. I found it after a neighbor let me know at dinner time that I had a bag on my step. I called the sender and determined it had been outside for approximately 3-4 hours, based on the time it was ordered and the “guaranteed 1hr delivery”. The chocolate was melted down the sides of the arrangement. I put it in the fridge, but ultimately decided it probably wasn’t safe to eat having sat in the sun that long. What an extremely disappointing birthday surprise that a friend wasted her money on. Shame on their delivery driver!

My whole experience was GREAT! I made a mistake on the form with the address, Richard (my delivery man) found the error and then called me and we fixed the error and he got it to My daughter. He did everything I asked of him! He waited at the hospital until they found her and he delivered it to her. So timely, and before her shift at the hospital ended. Richard, even though I’ve never met him in person jumped right in and sounded just as excited to be a part of my surprise! I will 💯 use this service again. A Big Thank You to all of you who were involved in making this experience as good as it could be for my family especially Richard. 🥰💯🎉

Justice for Tim! Give the man his birthday berries!! Terrible customer service won’t ever use them again, block people for contacting them about a missing order!!!! What is wrong with this company! Don’t do business with the big guys! Spend your money elsewhere.

Don’t order from here. Flowers looked nothing like the picture and never got delivered. I called the store multiple times and it went straight to voicemail. I ended up having to have someone pick them up and when they did they were just sitting there with no urgency to deliver them. Don’t recommend this place for flower delivery. Way too expensive, bad quality, and not reliable.

Very disappointed in the arrangement we received. For $59,99 we got 1/banana, 1/orange, 1/apple, 6/strawberries, some grapes and a few pieces of pineapple. Also a tray to put them on. Very messy arrangement. I know there are overhead costs to deal with but realistically the cost of what we received may have been $20. I don't think I will ever use them again.

I ordered several items from this location. The cheesecake tray came, but no drink mixes. And the balloons had 9” of string, that is all. When I called, I was told, oh, I’m sorry the manager refunded the amount of the drink mixes. I wasn’t called, messaged, or emailed about this. Just like any other time that I have dealt with a 1-800-Flowers company, I am appalled that they just can’t even do the basic customer service and call to let you know that the item is not in stock and hasn’t been in stock in over 3 months. I asked the person that answered the phone, why I did not receive a call, and was told that they didn’t have time and that a credit was issued. Stay away from this location if you expect ANY form of customer service. I have always loved edible arrangements in the past, but this was my final straw. Just know, the entire 1-800-Flowers company, needs to get out of the business all together if they can’t do what they say they can.
