My first rental experience was poor. I didn't receive the car group I ordered, the gas tank was only half full, car smelled terrible- I had to buy air freshener, tire air pressure alert came up as soon as I started the car so they had to add air before leaving, inside all windows looked to be wiped by a dirty cloth. Another experience like this with Enterprise will be my last.

I rented a full size Ford Expedition due to the weather and while the truck was great it came with NO windshield washer fluid and needed new wiper blades badly. Not happy given the weather and no reason they were not checked especially on a vehicle that high end with the current weather. Disappointing.

From start to finish, every step was very easy. The online reservation was a breeze. The people at my local Enterprise were very courteous and outgoing. It felt like I was dealing with old friends, even though I'd never met them before.

The original vehicle I was given smelled like smoke. Being asthmatic, and driving that vehicle made me so sick I nearly ended up in the hospital. They did call me to check on me, and had me come in to switch for a better vehicle that did not smell. However, the registration was up on the day I returned it.

Aside the airport this is the only location I will ever work with, I had the pleasure of working with Ethan who was amazing(and cute by the way?) the whole time. Ethan even called and checked in during my trip to make sure my highlander was riding up to my standards. Can’t wait to work with him and this location again for my next trip! Great job team

I set up a rental through my insurance company weeks in advance. The rental was not at the collision shop. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone from Enterprise to come get me & take me to another location to get the rental. We get there & Ethan Mann (management trainee) sets me up with the rental. I was supposed to have a standard, but he downgraded me because “that’s all we have available right now” even though I set up the appointment weeks in advance. I get in the car, drive away & realize the car REEKS like cigarettes. It was SO GROSS! The car was also nasty with stains on the passenger seat. The smell of cigarettes was so strong I had a headache & felt like I needed a shower after sitting in it. I called back to try to switch to a different car & all they had available was another downgrade from the downgrade they gave me! They said I could come back the next day. I even asked if I could go to another location & they told me all the locations were in the same boat - which was a lie. Whoever I spoke to didn’t want to be bothered helping me. The car was so disgusting I couldn’t drive it, so I headed to the airport location. Surprise surprise - they had cars available. They very quickly UPgraded me & gave me a beautiful CLEAN car - at the same rate for a standard! I will never use the Ridge Road location or recommend it to anyone. How they thought it was ok to give that filthy car to anyone is beyond me.

Unfortunately this experience was not the best. First the enterprise damage recovery unit falsely accused me of getting into an accident with their car when I did not and had to have an enterprise representative come out and take a video to confirm my story. They continued to harass me sending 4 separate forms in the mail to fill out about an accident that didn't happen. I had to contact the manager Dan 3 or 4 times before he got it taken care of and each time he said he'd call back with an update and I would end up having to call and ask myself because Dan would not call me back even though he said he would. As my car got closer to completion in the repair shop, enterprise needed me to fill out a new rental agreement form and told me I could go to the Victor, Ny location since it's down the road from my work. I wasted my 30 minute lunch because we were in line waiting for technical issues and when I got up there, the guy told me he couldn't do the forms there even though enterprise in Greece told me they could. I was absolutely furious, called Dan at Greece location and all he said was "that's weird, they should've been able too... can you come out here?". I was able to get to the Greece location after their closing time to fill out what I needed to but it was extremely inconvenient and I felt as though they made it more difficult than it needed to be. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience and am very nervous to rent from Enterprise ever again, the lack of communication at times and false accusation from your damage recovery unit was an awful experience that I hope no one else has to deal with. Cautious to rent from here ever again if it comes down to it.

Such an easy process, super helpful and pleasant staff! They even followed up the next day to make sure I was still happy with the rental I chose. Would highly recommend Enterprise!!
