This store let's people in the back of the line walk up take product that people in front of them are waiting for, then when people get to the front the shelf is empty because people in the back are holding the product, that's not how lines work and it's disgusting that they allow this to happen
Went to a different location and they were actually making people follow the rules by waiting

Floor hasn’t been vacuumed in what looks like months, covered with garbage and the place smells like a locker room after a hockey game. I added one star bc the employee was friendly. Gag worthy smell.

These places should be out of business already. Overpriced and awkward. The folks who work there don't give two craps about anyone walking in or their sad little jobs. Me and my son have tried to go here on a few different occasions for different things, and we were met with rolled eyes or complete deadness of emotions thru dead eyes every time they responded. They have never, I mean never been helpful. Not once. I'm not sure if it's because they know they're going out of business soon or because there grown ass adults running a video games store full of sweatys and bratty little kids. Do better Gamestop, Be Better

I bought a controller yesterday, the employee told me the controller was programmable. It is not programmable, went to return/swap it out today and they told me since I opened it I’m out of luck. The manager was there when I purchased the controller yesterday, and today he tells me there’s no way for him to verify what his employee said. Goodbye forever GameStop.

This GameStop and honestly most as a whole are going downhill, but I have it five stars cause the employees at this store are all fantastic and work really hard and don’t get the credit they deserve, keep up the good work ladies/gentleman I only come to shop here to talk to you!!

Went there for PS5 trade in, ask over the phone what items need it together, went to the store and they say they need also the stand for the PS5, and they dont even have available for sale! What type of game store is this??? Staying with computer gaming!
