Home depot on west ridge road is the worse. Call to order and have it delivered and they can't find an 16 x 8 x 8 block. They tell you that you have to come in to order and tht the day of delivery is not guaranteed. The other push is to order online and not through the store. Customer service is a joke. They will tell you to call Lowes. I do not recommend home depot at all

The Hone Depot has the worst customer service. You can't find anyone to help you and when do get lucky enough to find someone they are annoyed they need to help. There a plenty of people sitting around who refuse to help. What happened to service with a smile.

My cashier had an entire phone call while I was getting cashed out. The cashier never said hello, just simply scanned my items and turned away once I paid. Awful .

Thanks Home Depot. I bought 2 tape measures, 25ft - Milwaukee. On my way home I realized one of them is obviously damaged and its bad enough that you can tell it was done prior to me buying it. I only owned it for 22 minutes. The markings on the tape ore misaligned and the tape is twisted and bent. I returned to home depot to exchange it and I was told nope, manufacturer warranty only. I said I need one now and I dont need a third 25' tape. I just bought it. Employee decides its time to make me pay for her bad day. So I had to purchase another one and that's that. I am tired of you home depot Greece. you seem me stuff that's missing parts, mislabeled and now damaged and every time you make ME EAT THE MONEY because I dont double check the accuracy of your prices and products every single time. Sure, I catch some mistakes, but I shouldn't have to at all. I am done. I miss Home Depot in Penfield so I am going to see if Lowes Greece is just as bad as Home Depot in Greece. I hope not. Its not a surprise to see most complaints here revolve around the employees. Bad employees lead to all these issues.

Awful... Anything behind a cage that's over 5 dollars you will need an escort to the counter lol. Come on! And that's if they even have what your looking for. I get you have to protect your product but atleast make it easier to buy things for the people that are honest.

Employees are more interested in socializing amongst themselves or using their phones than providing customer service. Don't bother asking for assistance as you will be met with annoyed faces and complete lack of knowledge of products and location in the store. Save yourself time order online for pick up or go to a business where customer service is still provided and knowledge is valued.

We were down the aisle where the dish soap and paper towels are. I had a question, there was an employee with an orange hat and vest on. We called for him several times while trying to catch up to him. "Sir,sir can you help us? Sir... Once he turned the corner we stopped. Someone must be racist and it isn't the little old white lady. I never did get my questioned answered. Then we needed to find an extension cord and a very nice employee walked me right over to them and made some suggestions as to which one was best for my needs. I had forgotten to ask him about the question I had on the price of the dish soap I wanted.

Website says through first threshold. Delivery guy says can't bring in the house because he's just one guy, that would need to be on a truck, should have been on a truck with two guys. So he puts in the garage.I call to ask for a refund of the $79 extra for the threshold delivery. They say garage counts as threshold delivery.

Make sure you check the bulbs in the box before purchasing. I was sold an ecosmart bulb in a $13 Philips Smart Wi-Fi LED box. Not cool

Employees were less than helpful. Aisles are labeled wrong. As I was leaving, one door was out of order. The employee near the door said "sir" and pointed in the other direction. I am not a dog. USE YOUR WORDS. Used to like shopping here. Now the incompetence and ill manners have taken over. Shop at your local lumber yards and hardware stores. These big box stores don't appreciate your business, so don't give it to them.

The entirety of the Paint Department is extremely knowledgeable and willing to give advice. Day shift, night shift, and weekends. Any time I have gone in, someone has been able to help me with my questions.

Rented equipment from here and it malfunctioned almost immediately after using it. I returned it to exchange with another one and was charged about $400 for damages. I'm no expert so maybe it was my fault, but the whole thing seemed very fishy. Heavy duty hardware doesn't break that easily and the "damage" did not look that severe. I can't help but feel that I was sold defective equipment and charged $400 for something a mechanic can fix in 10 minutes.

Spent over 10,000 in the last few years remodeling. Found extra plank flooring in my house and wanted to return it. They wouldn’t allow it. I was going to pickup another 600$ in items today and they were nasty. The manager is a low life who shouldn’t be there I don’t even think she was the store manager we asked for. I’ll take my money to lowes. The disrespect we endured was outrageous.

Today, we experienced horrible customer service. They had 3 people at the customer service desk. Every person we asked for help, we got turned down. We were trying to buy a live Christmas tree, but nobody was in the garden department at all. Then I went to go find someone to help us and I went 3 different times,and they said let me find someone to help you. There were also 2 other customers looking for a Christmas tree but one of the lady's called the store to have someone help them with also a Christmas tree. You already have lost 2 other people who left with nothing in their hands. We will not be shopping here anymore. We are so disappointed in this store alone. You should have more employees working a day after aBlack Friday.
