Went there to cash a social security check for my daughter which was from the treasury department. Got nothing but a song and dance when it came to cashing it. Wanted me to open an account so they can make money off me. Tried telling me there was no name of a bank on the check. The check was from the US treasury the biggest bank in the world. Then turned around and said how do I know you didn't make this check. The nerve of this lady. Ended up going to topps friendly market and they cashed it no problem for $1 can't beat that. Definitely don't recommend banking here.

This branch is one of the worsts. They don’t actually try to help KeyBank members if there’s something wrong with their account. Members basically have to figure out things on their own and try to solve situations independently. They never fix their mistakes and expect members to pay for their mistakes. The staff there are great for giving your the wrong information multiple times. Nothing is ever resolved at this branch.

Website and app have been down for four days, they’re obviously in no rush to fix it and the members just have to deal with it, the only thing I can do is nothing. We keybank members can’t login, ,reset password, unlock account or make transfers. Wish I had another bank or some compensation. They don’t care. They might say they do but their actions say otherwise.

Horrible location, it's a very busy, high traffic area. The ATM outside is near impossible to to use without opening your vehicle door. So, if you're in a rush or handicapped, I'd suggest using a different location, poorly designed!!

Stopped in this location...two tellers, two managers, only one customer (me) waited over five (5) minutes for help and when one of them finally asked if they could help me they were NO help. Terrible customer service - go to another bank!

This has been the worst customer service I have experienced. Dana- I hope you receive some coaching on what good customer service is. You really have a bad attitude. I will not be returning to this branch and will consider closing my accounts.

This branch is one of the best. The people who work in the branch are very helpful and are very customer service Oriented. Dewey Britton and Spencerport Road are my two favorite branches......

This is the first time I've ever written a review. I can't say I'm proud, but I'm writing this to hopefully reach the employee that serviced me this morning, Saturday January 26, 2019. I've been going to this location since December 2010. I'm happy with it and I love the staff. Which is why when I moved away from the branch, I continue to go there despite there being a closer branch to my home. This morning I needed to go to the bank to withdraw. Not common, I can typically go to the ATM, but this week I had no deposits to make, only withdrawals. It's 16° outside and I have a small child that goes into a car seat. I ran out of withdrawal slips, and wrote on a post it “could I have more withdrawal slips, please? Thanks!†And wrote my account info down, and sent my ID and (altered deposit) slip through the drive through machine. The women who I didn't recognize asked me what I was depositing. I laughed, because I'm friends with the staff, and said I wrote a note that I needed more slips. She was stern, not friendly like most of the staff here, and let me know that was unexceptable and I needed to fill out a withdrawal slip. She sent one, I filled it out and shipped it back. She asked “how would you like this back?†Now, I've been withdrawing here for close to a decade. I always ask for specific change, I keep my bill money in envelopes, it's how I sort my bills. My business, though. Shouldn't matter to the person in the bank. I said “it doesn't matterâ€, then immediately pictured all large bills that I would now need to make change from. So immediately I changed my answer to “actually, no 50's or 100's, thanks!†Her reply was “ugh, that's an awful lot of 20's.†I was shocked and disgusted that she was judging how I needed MY income back. MINE. I sat there waiting, thinking I should explain that it's not easy to divide your bills up with large currency. Once again, feeling stressed over something that wasn't her business. She sent it back dramatically in a money band. This was probably one of the smallest amounts I've withdrew. There was no reason for the band and even with double the withdrawal amount there has never been a money band around it. It made me feel like she was trying to intentionally make me feel like it was odd and inconvenient. Me, withdrawing my own income, was out of the ordinary and inconvenient how I wanted it back to me. And after writing it to her and physically asking, she did not give me future withdrawal slips. If I ever have this experience again I'm saying goodbye to a branch that has been my only branch since living in Rochester. Disgusting! Posting so it never happens again and to bring awareness to the staff!!!

This key branch is the best. The only one I go to. The people there are amazing and always happy to help! I walk in and all I see are smiles. I will be forever a loyal customer to this key bank
