I have had mostly good experiences at this Petsmart. Most of the staff is helpful, kind and experienced. Buying fish today was a different story. I’ve had my tank up and running for 20 years. Holly, self proclaimed gods gift to fish was rude, condescending and not helpful at all. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt as I myself worked retail before but, wow! Educated on cichlids via Google and not experience. Petsmart it only takes one very poor interaction like Holly to drive a customer away in an already tight market.

I am watching a dog with a food allergy. I doesn't appear to be grain but possibly chicken. When I asked an employee what they suggested, Holly informed me that chicken is the top allergy food ingredient. She was so knowledgeable about the products. Holly even read the ingredients because I couldn't even see it with my glasses. Then Holly suggested a skin treatment she favors with her own animals. Holly is very informative, very knowledgeable and frankly cares about animals and not what's best for the profits but best for the animals. I mean that respectfully towards the store. She is about the store and the products they sell. Still in the transition stage but so far so good. She should get a raise!
