Alot better than Splash!!! New Vacuums work great, it's about time too.
I really wish your staff would do as we request when we come thru - like p-lease spray the rims well from all the brake dust & dirt- then they don't even hit the drivers side with the spray as we drive in, & I saw the other kid tell him to - to no avail

Without a doubt the best monthly car wash service in Rochester. This location specifically got new vacuums that have the most power I’ve seen from any go wash or delta sonic. Also completely dry towels and compressed Air. Go wash is conveniently place all around Rochester and the lines are never long.

Been to many in Rochester but this one by far is the best for service and wash quality. They aren't stingy on using bug prespray if needed. Love RRW facility.

The guys spent some extra time with the pre-wash. Lots if bugs on the front grille. Truck looks great but the wash didn't get the underside of the light bar on the rear of the cab.

The greece location on Latta, for some reason, doesn't get the hood of my car clean. It just leaves streaks of dirt. Also, the drying is kinda pointless, especially on the rear end. It's still much better than Delta Sonic, but perhaps some recalibration is in order.

Car wash is good. One thing I do have is my truck never got scrubbed on the back. You can see where the scrubbing stopped in the pic.

I needed to go to a representative at a facility because my pass was not working. The gentleman cleared things up while being respectful, kind and very helpful when we were finished with our business he gave me a genuine smile. I am retired from a career that customer service was everything. This gentleman nailed it 100%.
The fact that their facility is always clean and available just makes it that much more enjoyable
