What a great store with a huge selection. Found shoes there such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein that they don't even sell in my country. Not only that, the prices were amazing! We only bought 3 pairs but love this store and will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The custom service at this store is laughably bad. We tried to exchange a pair of work boots and there was a marginal cash back difference. After almost 30 minutes of talking with 2 of their managers, D and Maria, we were treated disrespectfully and even other customers were disapproving of the interaction stating "this is not customer service". Maria in particular was very disrespectful towards my wife and i, simply spouting store policy at us as though we were a coupl of kids. At one point, Maria even just walked away at one point asking another cashier to "handle them" due to "her nerves" acting up. There was only a $5.40 cash back difference and they struggled to pay us back with cash or even offer store credit. Suffice to say, we will never shop at any Shoe Deopt again. We strongly recommend that no one shops at this location until customer service drastically improves.

Bought shoes here and wore it just once to my bible meeting and the bottom started peeling so I took it back to exchange and they wouldn't exchange because I wore it. Still had the nerve to tell me I could still buy the other shoe i wanted to exch with if i wanted.Worst customer service ever. Never going back to shop there again. Just make sure you really like what you are buying before actually buying it.

Huge varities of shoes ans as compare to prices in the other shoe store they had reasonably priced shoes and you can always try before tou buy. Sizes were available and the staff was there to help if you need any.The clearance section didn't have much shoes.The enterance was inside the shopping center in front of Old Navy.

Unbelievable! Bought a pair of black timberlands for Thanksgiving and low an behold they gave me two different boots and today you guys are closed! Great job☹Just went through the list of reviews and the store doesn't even care to respond to its customers.. wow!
