It’s disappointing to see that this 7-Eleven location is struggling, not because of the business itself but due to the poor customer service. The employees here seem to have a negative attitude, which reflects badly on the store and ultimately drives customers away. Consistently poor service and unprofessional behavior from staff can make it difficult for customers to want to return, which is likely contributing to the store’s declining success.
To turn things around, it would be beneficial to focus on hiring and training employees who value customer service and understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment.

The attendant at this gas station was completely rude will never go back their not even if it was the last gas station on earth I'd rather drive 40 miles extra to get gas

They have gas, which was perfect since my car needed some. I was really easy to use the pump. You put the nozzle in the hole and fill it up. Now my car has gas,when just before I arrived at the station it had a insufficient amount. Now I have enough gas for my next trip to the gas station.

High employee turnover rate in general aside…Cody the latest “supervisor”? Has some of the worst customer service skills, I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. There are 4 other service stations within a mile radius. JS
