Consistently great service. With T-Mobile, I can generally handle all my account needs with a phone rep, but sometimes I need a quick repair or replacement or I need an accessory or just product buying advice, which is when I drop in on this location. The representatives here have always been able to help me find what I need, give me options, and save me time without pressuring me or making me feel like I'm wasting their time.

I am sad to say T-Mobile has literally stolen $40 and says I have no recourse. I bought a watch and have paid for 8 months of cellular service($80) The representative (still working for the company and has had many complaints about his work, but they just transferred him a different store) set up my watch to someone else's phone in error. This made it so no cellular data could be used. I couldn't figure out what was wrong and used Bluetooth. I live out of town, so upon returning to the place of purchase, they figured out it was incorrectly set up to someone else's phone, and that was why I had no service for 8 months. T-Mobile seemed to think paying me back only half of the money they took for service that wasn't provided was acceptable. I do not find it so. Having a representative who is incompetent, or doesn't care, who messes up your T-Mobile service so badly you can't even begin to understand why it isn't working, then taking money for services NOT provided and then not being willing to give back the money paid for those services not given is theft. When asked where I could go to escalate this issue I was told it couldn't be done. If you are considering using T-Mobile please note this. Prior to this I spent 4 months just making phones and phone bills correct. Horrible! Do not put yourself through all this and then be told there is no recourse. Buyer beware!

Wed. 08/24/2022 we went back to T-Mobile because it appeared that features were missing on my new phone that my husband's new phone had.Even though I even suggested a couple possibilities, the sales person could only tell me "each phone is different", did not try to adjust any settings and suggested we get an appointment with the T-Mobile tech. store in Webster.I was tempted to return my phone & get our money for it, back. I didn't.This morning I got up the nerve to adjust my settings and by clicking the One UI Home choice, my phone switched to the exact home screen layout of my old phone.That Salesman should have known about that, so quick and easy to do.So disappointed in the service at T-Mobile.

I went to the store 8/18/22... 3 Associates were standing around. I was told by T-mobile customer service I could bring the phone into a corporate store and they could send it back with the upgrade program. The associate lied and said he saw no notes of me calling, he reviewed it since July. He said he has never heard of the store returning equipment for the upgrade program unless you upgrade with them, then they can return the old. I called customer service and they reviewed the notes and advised they saw where I called a week prior and offered to call the store directly. When customer service called they lied and said their system is down and wont allow them to do it. Which is completely different from "I never heard of this". Poor service - they do not deserver anyone's business. This reminds me of a lame used cars sales man. They should not be listed as a corporate location. I will be sending in a formal complaint.

Brought my new phone in to get help with some issues I couldn't figure out and the 3 guys in the store had NO knowledge of how to fix the issue and I ended up figuring it out in store! So they sell you a phone they have absolutely no knowledge about it or it's features. Very disappointed with the customer service. BTW the Samsung galaxy s21fe is a horrible phone! Buyer beware! Check reviews BEFORE they talk you into it!

I bought my S22 from that store & it's the worst. The guy who took care of me, well really didn't take care of me. It seems like he didn't want to be there & I guess I was suppose to receive galaxy watch or air buds for free & no one in the store told me.

Although my father and I left disappointed. I must say that ryan was awesome. He provided one of the best services. He was attentive, when an issue occured that required him to speak to the service center, he stood on the phone for over 30 mins, and would not allow for the agent to give vague answers he demanded detailed reason as to why they would not rectify an issue. once he noticed that the issue would take until the next day he explain thoroughly the situation and promised to call me back the next day between 1230-1pm. He called me at 1245 today. Unfortunately it was with bad news. I hope the store manager at this establishment takes notice and reward him properly. Thanks again for all your help ryan and good luck.
