If I could give this 0 stars I would . The vehicle I got was no inspected and back smelled terribly of kerosene or some form of ignitable fluid. Secondly the mirror was broken. I had it all of 30 mins made it to where I was picking up my stuff and when I went for refund they only refunded 20 of the 43some odd that was promised . The thing wasn't even full when I got it ! I will dispute with my bank if I have to and going on out do not do business here!

The truck was damaged a when I picked it up and had claim stickers all over it. Once I returned the truck the workers were rude to me and tried to blame the damage on me.

The price of a trip seems to have gone up significantly. I was also informed my estimated time of return was non negotiable because another customer had reserved the same vehicle there same time I was to return. This made me have to rush and stress out over other logistics that would keep me delayed.

The Natick, MA, location is apparently under new management. The manager, Thomas, has no regard for customers, schedules, safety, or scheduling commitments. The trailer had many flaws, including a severed connection wire that eluded their inspection. The staff was pathetic and missed two scheduled dates for wiring harness installation causing me to go to other locations and making me several days late for my 400 mile trip. I will NEVER use the NATICK location again!!!

I rented a truck for 4 hours I brought it back with the exact amount of gas in there which was pretty much full they checked the truck I said I was good and then charged me additional $57 for fuel I spoke to some guy named Joe who was a complete douchebag and has sense filed the complaint with corporate to get my money back that they stole for their so-called fuel definitely watched this location they are crooks

The truck smelled like smoke so bad it make me sick the windows were so dirty I could barely see out of them the dash was covered in some rock hard goo the floor was sticky the manager was vary rude was talking vary bad about his employees and was swearing on the phone to other customers!

Camille is the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and apathetic employee I have interacted with in a long time. She had an attitude with me throughout the interaction I had with her. She was also berating and insulting the other workers. Shame on her.

This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024. Thank you for being easy to work with and keeping your vehicles in great shape!

Things went well and I had no issues. I got the size I did because it was the smallest with a ramp on the back. I was moving some heavy stuff and liked the ramp so I did not need to lift. If there was an option for a ramp on the 10' truck, either built in or as an extra pay option that would have been better. Nice that there is a gas station next door and you can do a right hand turn to go to the U-Haul from there.

Employee Chauncey went out of his way to help us. We were super tight on time and he made sure we had everything we needed even though it was two minutes to close. The man needs a raise. Thank you again for an amazing employee

Don’t waste your time, there were 3 people in front working and I was the only customer. No hello or I’ll be right with you. After about 5 minutes I left.
