Camille is the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and apathetic employee I have interacted with in a long time. She had an attitude with me throughout the interaction I had with her. She was also berating and insulting the other workers. Shame on her.

This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024. Thank you for being easy to work with and keeping your vehicles in great shape!

Things went well and I had no issues. I got the size I did because it was the smallest with a ramp on the back. I was moving some heavy stuff and liked the ramp so I did not need to lift. If there was an option for a ramp on the 10' truck, either built in or as an extra pay option that would have been better. Nice that there is a gas station next door and you can do a right hand turn to go to the U-Haul from there.

Employee Chauncey went out of his way to help us. We were super tight on time and he made sure we had everything we needed even though it was two minutes to close. The man needs a raise. Thank you again for an amazing employee

Zero stars I would give them zero stars if I could. Very poor experience. Initially I was suppose to pick up my uhaul at another location. The day my location was changed without being call per conversation prior about my reservation with a staff member. My boyfriend and I had a trip from New York State all the way to Washington state. It’s documented.The trailer was dirty and I had to clean it. Per policy validated by multiple U-haul employees the trailers are supposed to be inspected all equipment rentals are per policy. We put our trust in them thinking they had been. We had been wrong. Almost lost our lives due to negligence. The trailer I had it's tire completely flatten out. When the service guy came to fix it he was in shock.The nuts on all the tires had been loose and wires had been exposed with no tread at all and metal sticking out. The trailer ended up needing all the bolts tightened. Driving through hills and mountains we could have died! I’m disturbed completely!. We also had a water leak in the trailer all over our things. That's not okay! They second trailer had 2 bold tires!No tread, one tire with a bulge on it!!! lose nuts on all the tires as well! Thank god the service people went above and beyond!!They checked all the tires to insure safety the rest of our trip!!!I'm upset and this is not okay at all. I never had such a terrible experience with this company. We pay all this money to almost lose our lives and not have proper communication. On top of this all the manager didn’t have even have the decency call me about the situation at hand when 2 complaints had been filed. Both trailers had put lives in danger not only our but others as well. When it was requested a call from the locations manager we didn’t get that! You can pull all the calls from Uhaul from start to finish and see the inconsistency in the communication and documentation and being treated poorly by some not all the staff.I’m over frustrated going in circles with everyone in the company. I’ve been hung up and spoken to as if my voice hasn’t been heard not. I work in customer service and have on all different levels and I’m disgusted how this has been handled.

Has to be the worst customer service in the history of any rental company. Everytime I go to this location, plan on waiting 45 minutes to even speak to anybody. Always just 1 person working desk, always!!! Absolutely everytime it's a nightmare at this location.Feel bad for the guy working counter, he does as good as he can, but this has to change

Needed a 15ft truck to move out of state but unfortunately there were none close to us so the woman we spoke to said she would “split the difference with us on a 20ft truck. With insurance we were told the price would be $1790 out the door when we picked up the vehicle to ensure we had the money in our account. When my fiancé went to pick up the vehicle the price was bumped to $1931 and was told told there was “no way” that $1790 was the price we were quoted. You “record and monitor” all calls so please go back and hear what the woman told us because when moving out of state every penny counts and we feel like we were baited and switched. Oh and the hour on hold to wait for a customer service representative and never get through doesn’t help the situation at all. Thanks Uhaul!

Went in for a 11 an appt told 2 hours at 3 pm left with car with no hitch. Hour there 4 hrs waiting an hour home 6 hrs gas and tolls and no hitch.Stay away from this place bad ju ju

I've been on hold for 28 min and 42 seconds. I know they are in the store and I know that they just keep people on hold without picking up the phone.
