I came in looking for Ray & they told me he wasn't there anymore you guys should have kept him he was a very hard working & you can tell he was genuine soul , he made sure he got me the best deal & helped me after I broke my phone best transaction I ever had at that store

Went in to buy a phone. But was confused by the staffs attire. One woman had on extremely tight pants and her shirt twisted up in the front. It’s the middle of winter 20 and below. Why is her stomach out and her back showing. Also flirtatious sales tactics were used on me. I didn’t know if it was a cellphone store or a strip club. I’m going to AT&T they have better business practices and sales tactics. Overall it’s a no.

Went in this afternoon to trade in my iPhone XR for a 16 and was greeted by generally friendly staff. Corey went above and beyond helping us to ensure we got the best deal. He was very honest and clear and was very knowledgeable about what Apple and Verizon had to offer. Highly recommend this location over others in the area!

Rep basic my told me they could not accept my return without even pulling anything up at all,after explaining i had spoken to Verizon call center and managers there they looked it up but were basically unwilling to provide any decent service even after asking a question about the information they provided me. Completely unwilling to help, and to me was either lazy or just not knowledgeable. They accepted the return and I am sad to say this has always been a decent store but the lack of help and basic unwillingness to even attempt to help is pretty ridiculous.

I went yesterday morning to change my service over to Verizon and was greeted by such friendly staff. Ray ended up helping me change everything over. I ended up having to go back 2 other times yesterday because my stuff would not transfer from my old phone to my new one. Both times Ray and Em helped me. They were very patient and got the job done! If you’re looking for a Verizon store to go to, come to this one. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! Thank you everyone!!

This store is a joke! The 2 women working this morning were no help. I was told to call Verizon for help when I’m sitting in a Verizon store, what is the point to have a store if you can’t get any help?! Left and went and was serviced at a different Verizon perfectly fine! I was told why do you want the new iPhone it’s the same- uh because I want it! Please take your business to any other Verizon!

Told me on 1st visit said my phone issue was fixed. Following day Verizon froze my number and wouldn’t reactivate. Had to get new number. Staff here told me tough too bad. Went to another Verizon store and they fixed things

Was about what you expect. The rep didn't seem very knowledgeable. Kept trying to sell me things I didn't want after being clear olin my intentions.
