The young lady Amari (I think that is her name) is absolutely awesome when it comes to finding deals and customer service. If you go to Greece Verizon, great service, but hers is top notch!

The worst experience I've had in a Verizon establishment, this gentleman with tremendous aptitude doesn't help at all, I don't recommend Hispanics to this place, they can go to the Mall, it's very close, go to the Mall

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Ridge Mall Verizon Wireless store. Kinyata, one of their knowledgeable staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. Her expertise and helpfulness made my visit truly remarkable.I needed help with transferring my carrier from Spectrum back to Verizon, which can sometimes be a complex process. Kinyata patiently explained the steps involved and guided me throughout the entire procedure. She dedicated six hours of her time to ensure a smooth transition, which speaks volumes about her commitment to customer satisfaction.The level of assistance I received from Kinyata was outstanding. She took the time to address all my concerns and provided thorough explanations, ensuring that I fully understood each step of the transfer. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.I highly recommend Westridge Bristo Ridge Mall Verizon Wireless, particularly Kinyata and her team, for their exceptional service. Their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. The team in the store were great! My problem is Verizon's website stated they support my PepWave router, but while they'll sell me a SIM... they can't setup an account because it's BYOD and they couldn't assign a plan. IT JUST SHOULDN'T BE THOSE HARD TO GET DATA PLANS FOR BYOD??

Very rude lady managing the store. The people at Verizon support say to one thing this lady says they were wrong. Verizon may have good products but their service/support is a nightmare. Good price means nothing when it comes with terrible support.

The store was clean and pretty much comfortable. Had an appointment for some phone issues. Arrived on time & was taken care of right away so satisfied with the service. Had been a customer for over 21 years and needed 2 new phones, as the current ones were well over 10 years old. Was told that there were no deals to be had for existing customers, and gave me a number to their promotions department. Called the number given which turned out to be a general number and was never able to reach the promotions department, so it was a total waste of time. Ended up going to another carrier and am now saving quite a bit per month and have 2 very decent new phones that were very badly needed! It is a very sad state of affairs when a customer with over 20 years of longevity has to walk away because no one want to attempt to help you. Of course, They were plenty willing to sell me new phones, but all things considered there wasn't even any attempt to retain my business, which is too bad for everyone involved - Verizon lost a very good, long long term customer in this process. In turn I was forced to make a change, which actually ended up saving me a lot of money every month.

Didn’t get the name of the extremely rude, large, white male that greeted me on 2/8/23 around lunch time. He displayed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in person. May be Josh from Henrietta could go train him someday. He was just rude. I had Verizon forever and got a cheeper deal. Who knows if I’ll be back. It definitely won’t be based on the RUDE, uncaring, non helpful “service” I received there. No I’m sorry I can’t help you or try this location or that phone number. Just nope, can’t help, gotta call yourself, call cs again for the 6th time. Ugh

Went in for simple item. Rep was pleasant. After completing the transaction Rep handed me a brochure for a "new" insurance program and I said no thank you, we're not interested. Next day all of our lines received a text telling us to set up the new service. I NEVER AUTHORIZED adding the program. Had take time out of my day to contact customer service to get the unauthorized service removed.Adding unauthorized items/programs to a customer's account is fraudulent.I will not return to this location ever again.

I needed some guidance and instructions on an app in my phone but the person I talked to in the store was very unfriendly and rude. This is the second time I deal with a Verizon employee that has a terrible attitude towards customers, and it's going to be my last time in this awful store.
