More limited grocery and automotive than the supercenters, but still a good place to get a lot of name brand and generic items at a decent price.

Wish I could give a zero. Legitimately the worst Walmart store in the Rochester area. I’m pretty sure their hiring requirements read as is: “must be the absolute laziest, least engaging, disinterested human being that our community has ever known.” Nobody can help you. Nobody knows where anything is or what is going on. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Once in a while they’ll get sick of it ringing and pick it up and lay the receiver down. Hopefully they don’t get caught for even putting that much effort in, or they might be fired. Drive the extra 15 minutes to Brockport. Their employees are genuinely happy to help.

I enjoy going to Walmart because it always has what I'm looking for, and their prices are pocket friendly.

I think it's time to build a super Wal Mart in this run down zombie plaza, since the CEO of Wal Mart decided to close down a perfectly good, sufficiently producing SAMS club to persue her own agenda. We need somthing up this end of Greece.

the only reason I do not give this a five-star rating which is pretty normal rating was their removal of a jewelery counter/ associate. I was in need of some watch battery replacing assistance...nothing. Watch batteries were virtually non-existent, and the area itself was devoid of love of any sort. like forgotten thing. Other than that, the staff at this store was as usual handling everything with courtesy and a smile. Keep up the good work folks

A compact store that has everything you need. It was unpleasant when I asked for help from consultants, and they asked me to wait until they finished discussing their personal lives

Unpleasant Experience with Spectrum Rep
I usually enjoy shopping at my local Walmart, but my recent visit was ruined by a Spectrum sales rep stationed inside the store. As I was browsing, he approached me, aggressively trying to sell me an internet plan. I politely declined and told him I was Amish and didn’t use the internet. Instead of respecting that, he proceeded to question me about whether I was “truly Amish” because I had a phone.
First of all, sir, it’s none of your business. Second, when I walked away, he followed me and continued his line of questioning. It was invasive, disrespectful, and honestly, a bit absurd. I reported the incident to a Walmart employee, only to be told that the Spectrum rep doesn’t work for Walmart, so they couldn’t do anything about it.
I get that these reps are just doing their job, but this went way beyond acceptable. Walmart,

Fine if you need to get in quick to pick something up, but if you need assistance - don’t bother. Place is a dump, and the people that work there are trash.

I was very disappointed in the employee who told a gentleman in a motorized scooter that he couldn’t get past her stocking the shelf, he had to turn around. Her tone was very rude. All she had to do was pull her stocking cart back to make room for the gentleman. She then huffed and puffed because he accidentally bumped into the cart and she stated ‘that’s it I’m done’ and walked away.
