This store is one of the worst Walmarts in the Rochester area. The store is filthy, the staff are not friendly or helpful and most don’t speak English so it’s hard to ask for help because they don’t understand. Walking in this store it feels so unsafe, there are people parked near the doors when it says no parking or standing etc. I would rather travel to brockport or Webster Walmart instead .

Although there is no longer self checkouts, the efficiency of check is pretty quick. The layout of the store is easy to maneuver many selections to choose from.

Awful experience. An employee was literally sitting in a chair and consistently complaining about how hard the chair was and how thirsty they were. It was a terrible experience listening to them complain the entire time. Get a better job or just go home and be happy on disability. Don't take away from the customer's time in store.

I avoid this store if possible and would not recommend it to anyone. A large portion of their inventory is locked behind glass. You have to find an employee willing to open the case just to buy deodorant, and they are stripped for staff. It's hard to buy stuff! Since the self checkouts were taken down, the lines are some of the longest I've ever seen in a grocery store. I've waited probably 30 minutes to get checked out, and this has been every time I've gone to this store. Employees brush you off and make false promises just to get you off their back. They are not treated well either and it's reflected in the quality of service. I hate giving bad reviews, but I strongly advise avoiding this location and shopping elsewhere!
