Arrived on time, Craig and Tim were professional and went above and beyond to complete the duct cleaning of our new home. Even replaced some of the diffusers which I had previously purchased. Highly recommend Stanley Steamer. Great job.

The experience was wonderful! Great value professional responsive staff who were early for the appointment. I'm unsure of the results at this time My couch is still drying. However the staff did show me areas they identified as concerns and how well they cleaned up from the service. The staff left my home just as tidy as they found it! Thank you for your assistance! I look forward to seeing the couch when it is dry!

I can't even give them one star. Customer service is fine when booking, however when you have a problem they are rude, hang up on you and management is non existent. I had 15 vents cleaned for a forced hot air system in July. They talked me into adding disinfectant for another $300. This consisted of them spraying a lysol type spray into each vent. Forward to last nigh in Oct. when we turned the heat on. Smoke filled the rooms, sparks came out of the vents and the new filter on the furnace was filled with whatever gunk they sprayed into the system! Will not address the issue. Don't use them - the price you are quoted online is not what you will be charged and never let them disinfect your vents!

Kemo and Zim were extremely professional, courteous, on time, respectful… I could go on and on. Service was great!! Only issue is the carpet is soaking wet. There needs to be a better method for drying I feel that it will smell sour taking 8-24 hrs. My stairs and carpet are soaking wet . It's been 7 + hrs. Otherwise Service was great. They even suggested sale deodorizer A+ for that. I should have gone with steam cleaningService: General carpet cleaning

Jeremy and Will did an awesome job on my carpet cleaning throughout my house! They made my carpets look like new.
