“A Commitment to Service
I was putting air in my tires at a nearby gas station when I noticed fluid leaking from the front grill of my vehicle. I wasn’t sure if the car was safe to drive home, so I asked around for information and was guided to Stark's Auto, which was right around the corner.

When I got there, it was close to closing time, but despite that, Chris came out, checked the leak, and thoroughly showed me where it was coming from, what fluid it was, and how I should drive home to avoid further damage to my vehicle. This gave me incredible peace of mind and confidence while driving home.

Later, when it was time to repair the vehicle, the tow company mistakenly sent it to the wrong shop. Chris was very concerned that we get reimbursed for the tow. In addition, he was highly professional in his assessment, showing detailed pictures of the issues and alerting us to a problem that was most likely caused by the same reckless tow service. The pricing for the repairs was also reasonable.
