For my first time with this service department, they did exceptionally well. They got my vehicle in for service way faster than I anticipated and called me to come pick it up with enough time to make it before end of business hours. I have had terrible experience with Williams Ford's Service dept. So from here on out, Chenango Sales is my go-to.

Came for 2 nd opinion on my rattle in my 2023 mustang eco boost I was told it was normal, started at 28,000 miles didn’t agree. and they found it right away it was the motor mount and replaced So pleased with the service highly recommend them

Friendly, efficient and competent, what more can you ask?
I have had my F-150 and Mustang serviced here for a few years now. They have always been very friendly and communicative! Will definitely continue coming here. Oh, and they beat the total price of the main online tire place by more than $100!!
