“I can not even begin to describe how amazing this place is!! We were there for Labor Day weekend and it was awesome!! There's always something going on, dj's, karaoke, huge bon fires. I stayed in cabin C5 and it was so clean and incredibly comfortable. There is a guy named Steve there, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I can't wait to get back there!!”

“We had our daughter’s wedding at Anne’s Washington Inn in early September. We chose to work with Madeleine during the planning and she could not have been more helpful and considerate. During a beastly hot, humid week with unpredictable downpours, the universe provided several hours of sunny blue skies and we were able to be outdoors for the ceremony (plan A). But if it rained we had two other options (under the reception tent or inside the inn) that Madeleine would make happen if needed. Also, Madeleine’s team (led by her mother, I’m told) designed and managed our florals beautifully - they could not have been prettier! Both families, the wedding party and various out of town guests nearly filled the inn for the weekend. It was so lovely, comfortable and relaxing to be there. The Bokan family makes everyone feel like family in the best way - everything you need and no fuss about anything. We are so pleased and grateful to have been there for our special weekend.”

“Rooms are very spacious in this historic hotel. Was there in the off season so some hiccups but overall pleased with stay. Wish there were more dining options closer by and that breakfast was more organized.Walkability: In better weather I would say downtown is walkable but with snow it was a bit isolated.”

“We just got married on 10/21/23 and our wedding was 10/10! The new ballroom at The Adelphi is beautiful and working with Connie is amazing from start to end. She is so sweet and so responsive, like within seconds responsive! She is always there for you with any of your questions or wishes, and then makes it happen. The food at The Adelphi is 5 stars. We had friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had 101 guests at our wedding and we all fit inside of the ballroom area. We had a 9 piece band and a perfect sized dance floor. The hotel is beautiful of course. We stayed in the Travers Suite, Library Suite, Whitney Suite, and they are all connected so we could take pictures on the balcony and get ready comfortably. Our guests loved staying at The Adelphi and all want to go back for another weekend on their own. The new rooms in the new wing are also gorgeous. The hotel is very luxurious and the location in Saratoga is TOP! Right off of Broadway near all the best restaurants and bars. The wedding exceeded our expectations, we knew it was going to be a great wedding, but we never thought it could be this good. And that's thanks to Connie and the whole Adelphi team for making this weekend so special. We did not have a single bad interaction with any of the Adelphi staff the entire weekend. Everyone is so kind and attentive, and they treat you like royalty there and do everything they can to make you happy and very satisfied. Truly. Everything went perfectly and we had so much fun. We can't wait to come back for a getaway weekend at The Adelphi to relive our special day. We are all still on Cloud 9 and can't wait for the photos to come in so we can relive our wedding. It was just that spectacular. All of our guests loved the hotel, it's ambiance, the service, the food, the decor, EVERYTHING. Thank you Connie and The Adelphi staff x100000 for making this the most magical day of our lives!!! Connie we love you. THANK YOU!”

“In early May, my friend and I enjoyed a week-long vacation in Saratoga Springs, staying at The Brunswick. Our connected rooms (5 & 6) were neat and clean, with comfy beds & chairs, spacious bathrooms and breakfast perfectly prepared by the innkeeper. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and being close to a variety of restaurants and choice locales like Congress Park and the Oklahoma Training Track, where thoroughbreds prepare for the upcoming season. Close-by restaurants of note were Solevo Kitchen, Scallions, 9 Miles East Farm and the adjacent Brook Tavern. The whole experience exceeded expectations!!”

“Wemt on a day trip just to play the slots. Plenty of slots to chose from ranging from a penny up to $10 a pull. They had something for everyone. I went on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy which surprised me. Overall had a great time. Everything was clean the slots the bathrooms all of it.”

“The property is gorgeous and a perfect location. I stayed in April so can't say anything about the horses. The room was well-designed and felt glamorous. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing. The patio area is crushed gravel with some tables; super relaxing to just hang out and enjoy the sun. We brought bicycles with us, but there are bikes available for guests that are high-quality and Brentwood-branded. Recommend tooling around Saratoga Springs on bicycle if you have the chance.A few minor negatives:- In-room coffee/tea are for purchase, not included in your room price. I'm used to complimentary coffee at hotels, but since it's fancy coffee, I get why it's for purchase. Maybe include a complimentary option that's less fancy?- Contactless check-in and the closed bar made it feel like an Airbnb, for better or worse. It's nice to talk to a human in person. The rooms are VERY nice here, but don't expect the hotel treatment.- Some of the Brentwood "swag" advertised on the website was not available, such as the pen, notepad, and tote bag.- No fire pit or s'more kits since the bar was closed. It was lovely out (~70s in April) so these would've been great to have.”

“The Spa Motel is light on amenities, fair warning (e.g., no cable, wifi, or breakfast) but my experience here has been wonderful. The manager, Eric, is great about checking in and freshening up rooms and is just amazing in general. The beds are super comfy and everything is clean. Highly recommend if the accommodations work for you!”

“Great experience, appreciate the cleanliness so much! Kind staff. One small issue with the shower door design though because a little water easily goes through the 2 pane door onto outside floor. Overall great experience!”

“I recently had the chance to deal with this beautiful hotel and what an absolute pleasure. Rosanne was the young lady we dealt with and she is an asset to this hotel. We will definitely be back. “Imagine that you’re Clark Griswold and everything will be fine. No seriously, this is a motel. The people are nice, and well, this is a motel. It has beds and showers and walls and doors, etc. and you will wake up refreshed!I myself didn’t dislike it! The location is near everything. To all the reviewers here who think they’re staying at the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons, you ain’t. Ok? If you want to pay double the price and try to find a room short notice then go down the street. It’s that simple. But don’t bemoan these people.”
