“We recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Anne's Washington Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Madeleine, the event coordinator, was so helpful and attentive throughout the planning process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. The setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every detail came together perfectly, and we truly were able to create the bridal shower of my daughter’s dreams. She couldn’t have been happier, and neither could we. Highly recommend for any special event!”
“s repeat guests to the Brunswick we can honestly say it is our favorite place to visit. We love the seating area in number nine and the Jacuzzi/soaking tub. Love that it’s separate from the bathroom.
We love how bright and sunny the room is. Plenty of windows.
The location is perfect year round.
Sarah and Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He made sure everything was just right from our breakfast to our bedroom suite.
The homemade goodies in the hallway at was a great touch.
The breakfasts were fresh and delicious with the attention to individual preferences. on the second day of our day we met Sarah who also made us feel completely relaxed. She was attentive to all the guests in a busy atmosphere.

“In addition to great location, spacious, contemporary rooms, the staff here is well trained, caring and helpful. Here during C-19 to visit mom, I feel very safe here, with everything sparkly clean and staff wearing gloves and masks. Great place!”
“The Spa Motel is light on amenities, fair warning (e.g., no cable, wifi, or breakfast) but my experience here has been wonderful. The manager, Eric, is great about checking in and freshening up rooms and is just amazing in general. The beds are super comfy and everything is clean. Highly recommend if the accommodations work for you!”

“The check-in process mentioned in other reviews was definitely odd, but the location is great if you are here for a weekend at the track. It is right next to a lively bar, the Horseshoe, which is good and bad...can be loud if you're early to bed.
I would stay here again for a future Saratoga weekend.”

“This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and cozy. The owner was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He definitely put a lot of thought into the design and furnishings. The room was spotless. Room, bed, and linens were extremely comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi tub was a nice romantic detail. The area is fantastic too- the town is full of life. There are dozens of amazing restaurants and shops and of course the Saratoga race track and casino. Everything you need is nearby. I wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked. We absolutely would return.”

“I only stayed at the Marriott for less than 12 hours, so I can’t speak to everything the hotel has to offer, but for a one-night stay, it was great! The room was comfortable, had everything I needed, and the staff were super friendly.
A couple of small things: the water in Saratoga tasted a little funky when I was brushing my teeth, but thankfully they provided bottled water in the room. There was also a mirror, but the lighting around it was pretty dark, which made it difficult to see well while getting ready.
I was also there for an event in the hotel’s event space, which was really nice. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the food was good. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Marriott for a business stay or an event!”
“Very nice casino, employees are very good. The track part isn’t too bad, but could use some improvements to increase the fan atmosphere. Good place to bet the races around Saratoga Springs area plus it’s air conditioned.”

“Walking distance to town, the park and SPAC concerts. Had an issue after a thunderstorm with water leaking into our room, I reported it it and they had another room ready within 15 minutes. No bellhop but they have carts to borrow for luggage. Manager came out to introduce himself and check on us outside waiting for our pickup for a SPAC concert, and gave us insite for the venue requirements- no lawn chairs. Breakfast is available but we drove the 2 miles to Shirleys diner, also a place I highly recommend. A mile walk to main street where all the shops and bars are. Would stay again.”
“Visited Saratoga for the first time and happy we spent it at the Gideon Putnam. Mackenzie and David at the front desk were exceptional in fulfilling all of our needs. Mike and Ron were great running the hotel shuttle service. All of the staff was very personable and attention. Would definitely recommend staying at the Gideon Putnam.”

“Imagine that you’re Clark Griswold and everything will be fine. No seriously, this is a motel. The people are nice, and well, this is a motel. It has beds and showers and walls and doors, etc. and you will wake up refreshed!I myself didn’t dislike it! The location is near everything. To all the reviewers here who think they’re staying at the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons, you ain’t. Ok? If you want to pay double the price and try to find a room short notice then go down the street. It’s that simple. But don’t bemoan these people.”
