I wanted to take a moment to recognize each and every agent at Joe Simone's office. While Lorena was our original point person when we started with the office, Maria and Mary Ellen continuously jump in whenever needed. They all give each client individualized attention, which makes it feel like they've been working with you for a while. Joe is happy to have a chat to catch up with those who come into the office.
