“I called this dealership because I've heard great things about their service and willingness to help customers. Even though I live in a different state. After talking to Jimmy in parts, he advised me that Jeep discontinued the part and you can no longer get an OEM part. However, he directed me to another place where they specialize in the area that I needed. Even though he wasn't going to make a sale to me, he still took the time to help me find what I needed. It's hard to get great customer service in these modern times, especially after covid. Jimmy was great and if I need something in the future, I know I can count on him. Thanks Jimmy!”

“After banging the back of my Subaru Outback into low wall when pulling out of a parking space, i had a clanging noise. I headed straight to George's who suggested I drop the car off the following morning. George was able to identify that i had shifted a bar that was pressing up against the muffler. He made the repair, called me to let me know it was done and charged me a super reasonable rate for his work. We should be very grateful to have someone professional and honest like George on the island!”

“Very happy with their service. They were able to fit me in quickly for an issue with my brakes. They replaced my brakes and rotors quickly, and I had my car that same day. I ended up having an issue with my rotor due to rust build up the following week and came in to the mechanic right before closing. Jose was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it within 15 minutes and didn’t charge me. Wonderful customer service and experienced staff. Thanks again Jose!”

“Very helpful in all things small engines, no service on Harbor Freight products. Great with ride on mowers and all manner of small gas powered tools. Significant inventory of parts for major brands. Service/repairs are fast and reasonably priced (North Fork Scale) and they're open Saturday morning for the last minute requirement. Highly recommend; I have been here many times and will be here many more.”
“Breaks locked up on a trip to Sag. Needed four new break pads, four new calipers, and four new tires. They got it done in 24 hours and were super kind along the way, keeping me updated whenever I checked. It was a pricey, but I can't imagine a place this wouldn't have been. Glad they were open@!”
