Warning !!??❌ this is the worst place I have ever eaten at , I ordered Japanese noodles with chicken and vegetables that cost 20$ and not worth 50 cents everything was so disgusting I couldn't even start eating I was expecting nice served in a bowl and I got 2 plastic containers of old food that were probably heated in the microwave, the workers were very rude when I asked for a bowl, they brought me a plastic cup and told me to pour the food, after that I asked for a refund because they served me food like DOG, they started arguing with me that I'm wrong and that's how they serve it, by far the worst experience ever, beware everyone, never go to this restaurant, the worst possible experience ever ??????????❌❌❌❌❌ ❌❌

Poor service and bad food. Not sure if the oil they used was old or just bad, but the flavor tainted anything fried. And the soy sauce tasted bad, which made the sushi less enjoyable. The salad dressing was pretty good. I don't think we'll be going back.

I ordered a sweet potato roll just now from door dash. As I finished my sweet potato roll, I had noticed these two small pieces of plastic in the container. Now idk if these people hate me, because this isn’t the first time I’ve found foreign objects in my food, but I will not be purchasing from here again, and no one else should if they don’t wanna end up eating plastic or metal.

Just ordered 2 Dungeon Tempura Lobster rolls at $18 ea. For some ridiculous reason, I thought that there was supposed to be lobster in it!!!! There was the tempura batter, but there was almost no lobster, and what little lobster there was, was dry and rubbery. My husband and I have ordered more than once from Sakura, and usually the food is fresh, but this was obviously not fresh at all. The woman that I spoke to told me that due to COVID, their costs have gone up, (we are all in this as well) and the rolls are a little short! This restaurant has not be open for indoor dining since COVID began. We were extremely disappointed with this experience.

I ordered filet mignon hibachi. Very rare. It was overcooked. Tasteless. I don’t think it was filet mignon. $28. Not worth 28 cents. Really the worst I’ve ever had.

The Sushi & Sashimi combo was amazing!! Enough to share for 2 people, or plenty for 1 hungry person! Also had the Pork Gyoza and Coconut Shrimp appetizers. Highly recommend those as well!

My second takeout order in 2 weeks was even better than before. Teriyaki bento boxes with extremely generous portions of salmon and shrimp teriyaki, shu mai, two giant shrimp tempura and veggies, a sushi roll, rice, miso soup, and salad. Great value and very fresh and tasty.

I had a fantastic time in this restaurant. We enjoyed the great vibes and the meals. The staff were very welcoming. I’m content we eventually decided to eat here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I tested positive for covid....luckily I'm asymptomatic. I called in the order and asked them to walk the food outside to my car so that i do not enter the store. Trying to do the responsible thing here. The woman who took the order said no. I explained that I cannot enter becasue I am positive for covid. She refused. I asked her, could you simply open your front door when I call you and place it on the sidewalk in front of your store? NOPE....she's too busy. Too busy to open your front door? Well, I'll make it less busy for you. I'll go somewhere else. Which is exactly what i did.
