We love Yuki’s incredible cuisine. A true taste of Japan made from local ingredients. Hamachi sushi and salmon bowl are our faves. Thank you for your continued support.

Really excellent nigiri and ramen, top tier. The sake flight was a nice intro to the many different flavors of sake.I will have to agree with some other reviews, that I did find one of the staff, to be inhospitable and a bit rude. However, we would come back!

I was so looking forward to trying this place but it was very disappointing. Sushi was very generic; I have had much better fish locally from the other sushi establishments including take-out. Service was lacking as well. Our server was inattentive and we had several miscommunications with her for which she was unapologetic. She even dismissed the fact that a soy sauce container spilled into my husband's lap, blaming it on the way he had picked it up. And for a place that advertises sake tastings, that was a mere mention on the menu with no details provided by our server. I have no reason to return. Nothing special about this place.

Wow. What can I say. Maybe the best ramen I've ever had. The yuzu sake was also incredible. Kimchi ramen was amazing, waitress was lovely. Good green tea selection. I only wish I could go

Sat at bar. Bartender appeared much too busy to acknowledge us with only 2 people at the bar, not even a mere hello, I'll be right with you.Waiter came over was very pleasant and helpful. Spicy Tuna roll was ground Tuna not piece in the roll with Spicy sauce. Octopus ap was tasty but presentation was unappealing.Overall reasonably priced but needs a bit of work. Bartender needs to get a personality.

So, after having the most awful experience at Sterling Sake not that long along, my husband and I decided to give it another try, only again be met with hostility by the same Hostess/Waitress/Bartender who clearly has issues with Customer Service, not a nice person, shouldn’t be in the business, and in fact is doing more harm than good for the restaurant. What is going on there?

I really enjoyed the food, I expected the portion sizes to be slightly bigger but it is what it is. The sake flight was amazing and the sushi tasted extremely fresh. The Yuzu cheesecake was amazing. Now the bad. Personally, I would not come back because I was discriminated against for having my service dog. They asked me for a certificate which isn’t allowed under ADA rules, I tried to explain that and was told “my friend has a certificate”.ADA rules from their website for the next person that comes:Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.

Finally a great Japanese restaurant on the North Fork. Try the pork or duck lettuce wrap for starters then a salmon or sashimi rice bowl with one of their many sake selections. Usually no wait but if there is, it’s worth it.Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free options.

Everything is good. Duck or pork lettuce wraps make a great starter followed by a salmon or sashimi rice bowl or one of the ramens. Great sake selection too.

An OK spot. I tried to call to make a reservation and got a busy signal on a few attempts, then finally got through and got put on hold so long (more than 10 minutes) that I finally hung up. But when I arrived the place wasn’t busy at all. It’s a cute space with muted decoration and an impressive sake collection on display. Looks like the kind of place that would have good sushi, but they only have the usual mass-imported standards other than one local catch a day. I ordered this (blackfish) and it was good. I also got duck ramen — the smoked local duck was amazing, but the shio broth was almost inedibly salty. Tonkotsu ramen was better. And the sake we chose was delicious. Service was cranky and/or aloof, but it’s Long Island. Best Japanese food in Greenport, anyway.
