They knew exactly where everything was, and when I told them what I was looking for, they instantly knew the perfect product for me. That product was so good, I've literally bought it 5 times! Went in last weekend looking for skinceuticals eye cream and I had a great experience. The person who helped me was very nice and made sure to explain my options. Will definitely be back.

Love this blue mercury store - I went to get makeup starting this year (was willing to splurge a bit) and it didn’t disappoint. Carolina helped me to get everything I needed! Skincare + makeup ? I even got free samplers, a cute makeup bag and a candle. Would recommend 100%

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. All the women in the store have an attitude and act like they don't want to work. They're not interested in making the customer happy. They just get sadistic satisfaction out of giving you a hard time.

Pretty rude staff. Woman did not greet me, thank me, or interact with me. Kept looking me up and down and at my wallet. Strange customer service. Will go to the Blue Mercury in Manhasset

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service in this store. The sales associates couldn't have had less of an interest in my grandma, mother or myself. I ended up purchasing an expensive perfume to only have to ask for the box. The girl just put a glass bottle in the bag. I would have liked to continue to support this small store however I will be returning to the larger department stores as their service and interest make shopping enjoyable. I wish I could have said the same for this store.

I am a customer of this store and have purchased many skin products it was very disappointing when you walk into a store. With two young girls. Who have no motivation to make you a sample of a high end hair product. Word of advice to the manager of your trying to sell your products the employees need to learn how to actually sell the product!
