Concept Fitness provides a one of a kind fitness experience. Each class includes an array of strength training, paired with cardio. No two workouts are ever the same, and the coaches always come up with new and unique exercises. The coaches at Concept are all so kind, compassionate and caring. They want to see you find success and do well both overall in the class, and in your long term goals. I usually workout with Coaches Rob, Lizzy and Clayton, and they all are absolutely amazing! If you ever have a question, they are all happy to help in any way they can. I assure you, if you’re looking for a killer workout, Concept is the absolute best choice you could make.
