I’d like to take this time to thank the service department for all their help when servicing my Wrangler. The best Jeep service department I’ve ever been to. Jasmine treated me very well as did the service manager and staff. It’s people like this that make a customer feel that they are valued and that means everything to me. They will always have my business. Thank you very much again for everything.

Great experience, Dean the service rep was very informative, and kind, he even offered us a ride to Dunkin while we waited for the my car's service appointment to be completed. While this may be something he does with all customers, it just goes to show these guys care about their customers and you aren't just another number in the line, and they also delivered in terms of timing. We were told hour to an hour and a half they were completed within and hour and fifteen. Overall, highly recommend.

This all began when I called East Hills to schedule a service appointment and I was told a did NOT need an appointment. (I thought to myself this is crazy and I’ll probably be there all day). I was not there all day.This was first my first service since purchasing my new Wrangler. I met Dean Vardakis upon my arrival, he checked me and explained what was included in the service and that it would be about an hour. Dean is personable, knowledgeable and very clear about cost. Dean was very attentive and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.All I can say this was a extremely positive experience and will be returning for future service.I do have to admit that this is one of the BEST dealerships that I have been to. The purchase of my Wrangler was so easy and stress free thanks to Ryan Fernandez, the financing dept. and now the service dept. I will definitely be a repeat customer.Thanks East Hills.

I was pleasantly surprised with my service experience at East Hills. My objective was to get two safety recalls addressed and I thought for sure that I would be waiting for hours and dreading the outcome, but that was far from what occurred. Instead of the anticipated 2 hour timeframe, I was done in less than one. The waiting area was comfortable and there were a variety of snacks and drinks to indulge in. Dean was very gracious and the entire service team was friendly and attentive. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to being my truck for any service needs that come up in the future.

The Service Department did a Great job fixing my Ram, and my Advisor Jasmin was Excellent she kept be advised of everything with my truck. Easthills I highly recommend for your Jeep& Ram needs.

Great service department! No crazy long waits for an oil change and the staff is so nice! We were updated through out the one hour we waited. The dealer we're I leased my jeep from had told me it would be at least a 4 hour wait for an oil change so we went back to East Hills we're we were happy in the past. I had gotten my 2019 durango there and was very happy with the sales dept and service dept then too! In 2021, they didn't have the jeep GCL I wanted so we ended up at another Jeep dealer. Boy do I regret that! East hills has great customer service all around. I'll be back next year when my lease is up!

I am the owner of a Dodge Durango and Jeep grand Cherokeeboth of my vehicles are serviced at East Hills Chrysler.I have been to other dealerships, and I find East Hills to have the bestservice department.My service adviser is Jon P, Jon is a courteous man with great automotive skills and knowledge I would recommend Jon P and East Hills to anyone.

My last experience with the service department was really good. They found some issues with my jeep and informed me of what was priority and what wasn't. They were honest and straight with me. One of the issues had the potential to have my jeep malfunction and hurt my family. They repaired the priority issues and even guided me to some discount coupons to help my wallet.

Bought a 2019 wrangler from another Jeep dealer back in 2019. Had rude starting to grow and bubble under my paint mostly on my hinges. I called Jeep corporate and they set me up with East Hills to repaint my car, I got paired with Mike in service and he was super helpful in helping get my car done asap. Got it done quicker than they said it would even thought their body shop was backed up. Appreciate the work my car looks great thanks again.

I visited east hills Jeep on 3/3/23 to look at few different Jeep Grand Cherokees I saw online. I wasn’t expecting to leave with a new car that same day but I DID! Syed (Sid) assisted me through this process and I never thought I would say this but the whole process of leasing this car was rather quick and NOT stressful at all . I told him what I was looking for & my price range & he was able to give me exactly what I wanted . He was very helpful and attentive the whole time, he took his time to explain the differences in the models I was interested in & made sure I knew about all the features on my new car before I left. My whole experience from the time I walked through the doors until the time I left in my new car at East Hills Jeep was Great , everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful in every way they could be . I have nothing but good things to say about this place !

WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Someone that works there doesn't know how to speak to people. Communication is key in order to have a good business. Unfortunately this person who answered my call was being sarcastic and had a rude tone of voice. I asked for advice on what to do since they don't have loaner cars available until the end of March he cut me off and said I'll have to call corporate and speak to them to get a rental and asked rudely if I wanted the number and I said yes and he gave me the number and on mid sentence when I was thanking him for the help he hung up. Learn how to treat customers ! I know as a customer I'm not always right, but I called so I can get guidance on this issue I'm having. Very disappointed with the way they handle situations like this.

I had a great experience at the East Hills Jeep service center this week. I had 3 o’clock appointment to drop my truck off. I walked inside everyone asked if I was being helped while I was waiting for my truck to be checked in. I was dealing with service advisor Dean. He was very helpful and very polite. I didn’t have the information on my extended warranty he was able to call the company and get the information for me. He was able to line up rental assistance for me through the extended warranty once the car was diagnosed. He said I might be a couple of days before I get it back because they were backed up. I appreciate the honesty I got a call they everything was fixed and covered by the extended warranty and I could pick up my Truck. Dean made this a great experience. I will definitely go back.
