Home Depot is closing in 20 minutes and I was "that guy "running in there moments before they close.First off, the doors opened automatically. So I made a beeline to where I thought I can find the part and soon found myself waddling between the same two isles.Then, a wonderful worker, who was already engaged with a task, went great lengths to solve my issue. He lead me to another worker who knew like a computer: "Back wall, between 15 & 16" he spoke, a gentleman. He was on the money!I was then asked by the original worker who was about 20 isles away from me, performing his task, "hey, did you find those parts?" And another gentleman on my way towards the exit: "need help finding something, Sir?" As I glanced the isle for a composter: "next time" I said. The attention and care for customer success here is the best that I've seen in decades in a Home Depot. The care and concern made me feel like I was a part of something special. These workers don't need to be this considerate, but they chose to. Being the faces and voices of the company, these workers are worth a billion dollars and deserve their own stores. I will be a patron of The HOME DEPOT of LEVITTOWN for as long as it stays this consistent and gracious. It's truly an example and, what should be, the standard of all customer service teams. “We couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen came out. John at Showcase Kitchens was phenomenal in his attention to details when we expressed to him our needs and wants for the design of our kitchen. John designed our state-of-the-art modern kitchen that showcased a gorgeous and prominent metallic gold hood that took center stage. Under the hood sits a flush-mount induction cooktop that provides an easy-to-clean cooking surface that is seamless. On each side of the hood, we selected appliances, with the help of Anthony, that complemented the modern space symmetrically. Based on the square footage of the kitchen, we not only had 2 islands but also a separate pantry for storage that had its own sink, second dishwasher, and another rubbish/compost disposal system. The refrigerator and freezer columns are adjacent to the motorized overhead cabinet doors. These cabinets are a very convenient location for our stemware and glassware. Under both islands, we have additional storage cabinets and if that wasn’t enough, we have storage that goes up to our ten feet ceilings. We also chose to have integrated lights under the overhead cabinets and dimmable lights with sensors integrated in the drawers.Sean and Ajirth at Showcase Kitchens were both meticulous with the renovation. Sean came after framing of the kitchen space was completed to take accurate and precise measurements. It was at this first on-site visit by Showcase Kitchens that he found that our existing ceiling did not come out far enough to align with the cabinets. John and Ajirth worked on revising the design, which worked out better than the preliminary design. We were very thankful that Sean caught this when he was on-site. He was assigned our project manager and was very responsive and always in contact with us as well as the manufacturer. His coordination seemed effortless even with the language barrier and time zone difference. He assured us that every component of the kitchen was boxed, loaded into a container from Italy and made their way on the ship to NJ, inspected by customs before being unloaded onto a truck for the warehouse and then ultimately to our home. He was very helpful with providing the manifest and plans to confirm that we received our entire order without any hiccups. Sean also came back after the kitchen installation bearing additional accessories and saw the areas that needed adjustments by their specialist for this brand of kitchen cabinetry. He coordinated the work and the specialist came to make the final adjustments.Ajirth came prior and after the kitchen installation to ensure that a Showcase Kitchens representative was available throughout the process. He provided vital information to our fabulous GC (also referred by John) crew and his insight on the product line was instrumental to the design and install.We can’t say enough about the services that Showcase Kitchens provided. They are top-notch and work tirelessly for their clients. The manufacturers they work with make exceptionally high quality products that will last for decades. Thank you for making our dream kitchen.Note to the scope of work: We were not only renovating our kitchen but also other areas of the house and the designer we worked with recommended Showcase Kitchens. We are so grateful she did. And we couldn’t have achieved the results of our entire renovation without the GC that John recommended. His resources and connections enabled us to safely remove low bearing walls and columns that separated the kitchen from the living room and shore up our basement with new structural headers and columns with footings. He came to our rescue the week before Christmas by fixing a leaky toilet, retiling the area around the toilet, and caulking our bathtub. All of his work was professional, and he didn't seem to stop working for even a minute. “Great Dollar Store type of store.... tons of household stuff, toys, hardware items etc. Also, the owner cuts children's hair on Tuesdays,thursdays and Saturdays. She has a cutting station set up at the front of the store with a jeep ride on salon "chair" and tv with kids movies to distract the younger ones. She does a great job and will also supply a certificate with a lock of hair to commemorate your child's very 1st haircut. Very nice. My son just turned 3 and we've only ever been here to have his hair cut.”

He was very knowledgeable, made suggestions and was not pushy. I needed certain items ASAP and he made it happen. He even arranged for his son, Michael, to pick up a drain that I needed right away and deliver it to my house 2 hours after I left his store. It is hard to find customer service like that. “We had such an easy time looking for our bathroom tiles. We went 3x for only an hour each time to take our time picking out the perfect tiles.The selection was great and we had an associate who helped with the grout color. I would post pictures of of bathroom remodel but unfortunately we had terrible contractors Ace Builds who did a lousy job, were unprofessional and didn't do justice to the tiles we picked. We will definitely go to Floor & Decor again for our future kitchen remodel.”
