“Our search for tiles led us to The Tile Shop where Georgia helped us a ton. She was patient, never pushy, and genuinely wanted to find us something that worked. She was happy to pull out all the floor options we wanted to see, matched it with backsplash tile, and even did some extra design work for us to see how it would look.
Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us.
In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.”

“We did a complete kitchen remodel, and used Ken Kelly at the recommendation of a neighbor. We've been in the completed kitchen for over six months now and couldn't be happier. My wife and I don't have an eye for design - we just know what we like - so Ken came in and drew up plans that improved everything from top to bottom.
A big requirement was for things to be as hands off as possible, so Ken and Monique handled the coordination with a general contractor, who in turn managed the various subcontractors. Ken sent us to Al Gherlone at Qualico Contracting, and they were fantastic. They handled everything, including setting up a sink and the old fridge in our dining room to give us some ability to eat at home while the kitchen was blocked off.
It all went really smoothly, with the only delay being the custom cabinetry taking longer to build than expected. But with so many moving parts, we were overall impressed with how well everything came together, and *loved* the end result. Best of all, everyone was a genuine pleasure to work with, starting with Ken and Monique at Kitchen Designs, all the way down to the various subcontractors.
Anyway, it's hard to think of a huge remodel being a pleasant experience, but Ken and his team did exactly that. We recommend Kitchen Designs without hesitation.”

“I testify to the upmost pleasant experience at The Home Depot of Levittown just moments ago.It started off with an emergency run to find a specific part to a cabinet. Home Depot is closing in 20 minutes and I was "that guy "running in there moments before they close.First off, the doors opened automatically. So I made a beeline to where I thought I can find the part and soon found myself waddling between the same two isles.Then, a wonderful worker, who was already engaged with a task, went great lengths to solve my issue. He lead me to another worker who knew like a computer: "Back wall, between 15 & 16" he spoke, a gentleman. He was on the money!I was then asked by the original worker who was about 20 isles away from me, performing his task, "hey, did you find those parts?" And another gentleman on my way towards the exit: "need help finding something, Sir?" As I glanced the isle for a composter: "next time" I said. The attention and care for customer success here is the best that I've seen in decades in a Home Depot. The care and concern made me feel like I was a part of something special. These workers don't need to be this considerate, but they chose to. Being the faces and voices of the company, these workers are worth a billion dollars and deserve their own stores. “We had a gut renovation done, top to bottom on our new apartment. I can’t say enough about how professional, efficient and caring, everyone at Marcos was. Anthony guided us in designing the kitchen, and bathrooms, and was always conscious of our budget. He has a very high taste level, and thought of details that never entered our minds. We could not have done this without his and Melissa’s help.
We had some trepidation going into the job, because we were in planning on being in Florida for the few months that the work was being done. But Tony, the Project Manager, alleviated our fears, as he kept in touch with us every step of the way with both phone calls and video calls to show us the progress that was being made. We were given his cell number and he was 100% accessible the whole way through. Even after the work was done, when a few small issues came up, as they always do, Tony was there for us.
Marcos Kitchen and Bath wasn’t the lowest quote we got when shopping. But we felt most comfortable with them and the staff. The extra few dollars were well worth getting the job done right, and as promised, of the highest quality.
If I could do it all over again, I would hire them in a heartbeat. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of renovations.”
