Very helpful staff here did a great job answered all my questions and I saw them very patiently helping a lot of other people with water test, etc. I bought a Polaris P 39 and he was very helpful and honest

I called this place for information and to get service. I called a week ago and the woman who answered the phone, Ms. Reuben, didn't speak English very well, didn't understand what I was saying, and kept putting me on hold for almost 40 minutes. However, I was patient and smiled and gave her all my information, but I waited for a week and heard nothing back. I called again today, Saturday, a week later, and the same person answered the phone and repeated the same things I had asked last week, over and over again. She asked me ridiculous questions like "I have someone else's reservation on my account, do you want this?". I really couldn't understand her behavior and asked her to switch her supervisor, but she was adamant that she would never switch. I don't know who else to talk to, so I ended up posting this Google review. I have never received such bizarre and offensive service from anyone in my life.

This place is terrific and extremely helpful. I take my pool water in to be tested every few weeks- the staff (especially Jenna) is friendly and knowledgeable. I had gone to a different pool store for advice and that store wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars in chemicals I didn't need. I went to Leslie's and they saved me hundreds of dollars and my pool was back sparkling in a fee days because of their advice. Other pool stores may have chemicals that cost less, but you get what you pay for.

Phil was very helpful and accommodating!!I was supposed to be charged for the repair of my Polaris pool cleaner but when I picked it up, Phil said that he found a way to fix it without replacing any parts.

I ordered chlorine tabs online and received notification that I could pick them up in the store when I arrived I was told the chlorine tabs are out of stock and they will have them back in a couple of days and I will get a money return. Make sure you call them before make an order cause their system is a joke.

I ordered through amazon a patio heater.the heater didn’t work I called manufacturer ( their instructions pamphlet says” don’t return to store)I spoke with Jason he said it’s the burner we send veto a new one. New was didn’t work either . Jason said they will send me a full refund check . Never came. I called Home Depot corporate office they are fantastic. I brought it back to them a got a full refund. So I called Leslie pools and bought one they are do nice professional and I love my patio heater I bought from them
