Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.

Robert Sposato was exceptional. He was so patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted or how I wanted it but Robert Sposato went above and beyond and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Then he got in touch with my landlord to make sure that I got a certificate of insurance. Thank you there should be more people out there like Robert Sposato.
