“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”

“I love this post office. The staff is always in good spirits and they’re ready to help with any issue. The gentleman there always greets me with a smile and is quick and efficient with my packages. I ship a lot because I have a small business and I will always choose USPS. When I came in with a bunch of orders the other day no one sighed or looked upset they were ready to scan & get me to my next errand. They really know how to get a long line down fast while giving each individual customer care and time. Great job guys!!”

Not only was Lionel so kind but he was willing to go over the top to help me even when he was solo and had many people in the store. “I think this Post Office in Queens offers the best service. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond to make sure your paper work is in order. “Came here a few minutes before closing to deliver a very important package that needed to be postmarked on that day. The fee was $2.85, but I only had about $1.80 on me. The nice lady still let me deliver the package. I'll be forever grateful for how they treated me that day.”

“Great location and service. It's a plus since the wait times are not long at all in this location since it's not as populated. If you're in a hurry to mail something out and you're in the area, I'd suggest checking this location out. They only allow one person inside the actual office at a time because of COVID and since it's on the smaller side.”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
“We love all our Post Offices, and we think it's great to have such convenience for all citizens. With the highly aggressive competition from private firms with huge corporate funds, we appreciate that a taxpayer funded government institution is subject to budget cuts, and often local Post Offices are not given the manpower they require to keep up with the demand on their staff. We Thank You ALL USPS mailmen and women postal workers.”

“This morning I called the Fulton Ave Post Office and asked for help finding a lost package. Both of the gentleman I talked to on the phone were kind, efficient, and helpful. An hour after I called, the missing package magically appeared. . .Thanks to their efforts. This is without a doubt a 5 Star Post Office!”
“I’ve only been to the Glen Head post office twice, but both times have been such a joy thanks to Kareena. She is cheerful, helpful, and has a wonderfully talkative attitude that truly brightens my day. She manages to take the “chore” out of running an errand and turns it into a genuinely pleasant experience.
I live several towns over, but from now on, I will make the trip to this specific post office simply because of Kareena. She’s such an asset—not just to the Glen Head post office, but to every customer she interacts with. Highly recommend coming here if you want excellent service with a smile!”

“My wife and I had to send something over night so we stopped by this post office. It was my first time sending anything overnight so I was a little confused. My wife and I looked at the area where you could get those priority envelopes but couldn't find anything for overnight. My wife asked the clerk, who was really friendly, and they gave us one from behind the counter. The clerk gave us instructions on what to write and informed us that, since it was a long weekend, it wouldn't be delivered till tuesday.
We did what we had to do on our end, handed it back to the clerk, she followed up with some questions to confirm things like address and name, I paid and we were out the door.
All in all, really pleasant experience.”
“Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”
