“On Friday, my car would not start. I do a great deal of driving and really rely on my vehicle. I went to the Larchmont Enterprise Dealership and met Senior Car Sales Consultant Carol Wagner. I need you to know I am not easily persuaded. Therefore, I walked in expecting to be disappointed. This was not the case! From beginning to end, Carol was very hospitable. She took great interest in my needs. She was not pushy at all. I told Carol that I wanted a reliable car with very low mileage. This car exceeded my expectations!!! She found me a car with only 21,000 miles! The car is fully loaded and the price was amazing! I am extremely satisfied and even asked for a couple of her business cards to pass out to my colleagues. Carol is amazing! I am not one to give reviews but I had to do this one. Carol thank you so much for making the car buying process an easy one for me. You definitely relieved my anxiety as I was not ready to depart from my car for over 10 years. You are the real MVP Carol! God Bless You!

“Always depends on your credit, if you have poor credit you pay high. Carvana approved me with lower payments for a similar car. Overall good customer service but nothing special they don't get you 84 months on payments selection is limited. Instagram promos are just promos to get you in the door. Respect the hustle but if you get a quote at another dealership you'd probably get the same or higher quote here. Getting a car loan is easy if you breath and got a job you can get one it's all credit driven bad credit you pay high good credit you can pay low but always good to shop around. I will say customer service is elite though. That's why I give them a 5 star rating”

Then, my wife found America’s Best Auto. I was skeptical at first. Car shop selling autos. Not always optimal. Wow, was I wrong.
This family owed business knows how to run a business and provide excellent customer service. They were polite, professional, very helpful, and made the experience of finding and purchasing a vehicle that was a perfect fit… Enjoyable!
They have a good selection to choose from, and the cars all seemed to be in great condition. They even offered a Carfax free of charge, which gave me a level of comfort. The car we wanted needed new tires, and the team helpfully got us a nice set at wholesale prices. Also had a bum tire sensor, which I wasn’t aware of, and they threw it in for free.
You might think the relationship ends when the car is purchased, but that’s not the case here. Each of the folks at America’s Best Auto were happy to answer any questions and help in any way they could well beyond the date of purchase. These guys know how to make happy customers!
I feel like we made new friends, and will definitely go back for future purchases.”

“My daughter bought her first car over the summer from the east meadow CarMax. There is a problem with her car and I was a wreck about how much the cost would be! I called and spoke to Maryanne in billing. She looked over her account and told me her warranty covered her and she only has a small deductible! Being a week before Christmas this news was a miracle!! She calmed me down and assured me that my daughter was covered with her 48 months warranty. It was the way Maryanne conveyed the information and made me feel better is why I'm writing this review. Please keep her because she is an asset to your company.
