“I was able to work up the courage to go in the omega boutique and was expecting to get a cold shoulder. But instead I was met by friendly faces and welcoming sales associates. I was introduced to Ramone who was genuine from the start. He educated me about omega’s speedmaster heritage which reminded me of my infatuation of space during my childhood! We spent hours talking about space exploration and how it ties with a speedmaster. He showed me different timepieces. Explained each design and the coaxial movement. He wasn’t persuasive in selling watches he was more interested in its stories. Eventually, we were able to narrow down to two speedmasters and the one I gravitated to wasn’t available in store. But his resourcefulness found the one I was interested in. I’ve been introduced to people who worked with him in the boutique and they are all equally friendly. I was so happy with my purchase and even though the transaction was complete I wasn’t ready to leave right away. Please visit the Omega at Roosevelt field mall even just to browse. You will leave more informed than when you came in.”

The owner who was so soft-spoken and kind, gave me an estimate. After some discussion between the two of us, I decided that it wasn't worth fixing. I was very nervous about going into the Rolex dealer that was also attached to and working with London Jewelers. He was warm with his welcome and took me through the models. He did not try to upsell me on models that were too expensive but he also made sure to make me feel comfortable in the fact that he did not think that money would be an issue for me. I was only 23 and I thought that the experience would be a lot more judgmental because of all the videos of people online in other dealers. However, I can say for sure that they are not true this man was the pinnacle of understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend making a special appointment with him specifically for your first watch purchase. I was able to find the specific type of model of Rolex that I was looking for that day at the London Jewelers, and I look forward to being able to buy more with Alberto again in the future if he is still there.”
