“First time in the receptionist was awesome. Took the time to explain all of the different plans, the additional free classes available etc. Second time I worked with a trainer who listened to my goals and my restrictions and then took me thru each piece of equipment that would help me achieve my goal. She had a sheet and marked down each of the settings for each piece of equipment and the number of repetitions. Everyone was very upbeat, encouraging, and easy to be with. The branch itself is small which I think helps to foster camaraderie.”
