Lady at the desk inside has a weird attitude and my mail person does not bother coming to knock on my door when I need to sign for mail. She leaves the slip in the mailbox and drives off.

Had some chicks shipped in overnight. The branch didn’t pick them up from Saratoga and I got a call at 4PM to drive to Saratoga to pick them up. I tried calling three time the prior days to give them a heads up on the shipment but the phone only rings. Disappointed in the state of the post office.

Joann is the best postal delivery driver I’ve ever had! She goes out of her way to give us great service, she gives treats to my dog “Daisy” She’s very nice and polite. Thanks, Joann! ?
