Had an 55 day old iPhone 16 Pro that was locked up. I had spent 4.5 hrs on the phone with Verizon and Apple support. They gave up and made an appointment at the closest Apple store. I decided to store in Greenwich and meet Brian Jordan, store manager. He was able to cut through the mess and get me a replacement phone from Verizon. Absolutely awesome. I found a new location for my Verizon needs. Thank you Brian Jordan, save me from wasting more time. I'll be back.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Solutions Manager, Brian Jordan in the Verizon Greenwich, New York Store . My wife, Maria, and I own a business in Rupert Vermont and when we arrived at the store, Brian was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the products that he sells, and he efficiently helped us to arrive at some excellent solutions. Not only was he well informed about the variety of options available he also articulated the choices clearly and made some useful recommendations. In addition, his manner toward his coworker, Dylan was focused, encouraging, and constructive. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be returning to the Greenwich office in future and hope that Brian will be there to assist.

We had an excellent experience at the Greenwich Verizon store! Brian was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and he made the whole process easy and smooth. It was certainly the most pleasant, efficient experience I’ve ever had with Verizon (or any other tech service provider, for that matter).

Today I was so stressed my phone broke and was at my end. Walked into Verizon Wireless and three young men were so very helpful and very informative. Brian,Noah and Zack . I highly recommend these men and this store . They made my visit great .

All of the guys that work here are so helpful. We have gone in new phones and last week I went in to have the SIM card fixed on my husbands phone. Fast, no fuss and simple. Thanks for the awesome service Verizon of Greenwich!

My mother and I stopped In today to upgrade both our phones. BEN Was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us change our verizon plan, trade in 2 damaged phones and buy 2 new phones. This was the fastest and smoothest visit we've had at verizon!

Top notch service, the first time I visited them they put up with my screaming toddler while we were switching from T-Mobile. The second time I was having issues with my account they were able to get me in touch with the right customer service rep to resolve it, and then helped me set up a business line. In a world where unpleasant and unhelpful customer service is the status quo, the reps here go above and beyond, and earned this 5 star review
