Found a couple of gifts for Christmas here.A lot of small items that you might find in decoration setups, like for Christmas trees or little window displays.They had some toys and board games for sale as well as a nice candle selection, and the staff was very friendly.

Horrible store to do business. I purchased the wrong figurine and first tried to stop shipment. When that did not work, I was told I needed to return figurine and since their return address is a PO Box only USPS will ship to a PO Box. The cost of the figurine was $72 and the return shipping was $120.00. I even asked if I could exchange to save return shipping costs, but I did not get a response and they are not answering their phone during business hours. I am donating the item since I cannot return it! I would give them less than one star if I could!

If I could give 10 stars I would I have had nothing but the "BEST" luck with Fitzula's Gift shop I can't thank you enough. Every time early in the year when I would call and ask you about a new Dept 56 piece coming out you would say we will let you know when it comes in and my gosh 100% of the time you live up to your promise and reach out to me and in today's world finding people like you that care are just not around but I know I can count on you. Madison you are hands down "THE BEST" always friendly always willing to go the extra mile I have been wanting the National Lampoons Chester house and when it arrived today as Clarke said in the movie "I Did It" I could not believe there was one sitting right in front of me. Thank you again God bless you and I say to everyone out there if you want great service if you want something really bad look no farther then right here at Fitzula's Gift Shop

In this day and age where some things online are too good to be true, this place is the real deal! I found some items I’ve been searching for for years on Fitzula’s website. I have been scammed before when looking for these items so I called to be sure and talked to the actual owner before the store even opened! He was so helpful and kind I placed my first order right away. I got it all safely packed and as darling as I had hoped in time to display for Christmas. Just placed my second order and can’t wait to get that box from Fitzula’s of New York here in wintry Utah! Highly recommend for that small shop friendly feeling online. Thanks, Bill!!

Fitzulas is great! We go here every year for the large selection Department 56 Halloween villages they have, and all the other types. Bill and his father, Shannon, and the rest of the employees are wonderful. They even have signing events with Department 56 artists we go to!Highly recommended, wide range of gifts, holiday items, and tons more too.See you soon!Jim
