“NJV has been my shop for well over 20 years and the reason is that they're HONEST. They don't rip you off. They don't tell you that you need to have something done or a part replaced when you don't - though they'll let you know if there's a potential "issue" developing that you want to keep on an on. You get what you pay for. Hard to put a price on honesty.”

“Living in Norfolk VA for the military. Needed to find a reputable mechanic to help my grandmother back home. My grandfather always swore by Freemans so my grandmother took her car there. They were able to do all the work needed, and change the spare tire. I actually made a mistake and didn't realize the car had aftermarket tires, so I told her to get the wrong tire. Freeman replaced the mistakenly ordered tire free of charge. All in all an A+ experience. Thank you guys for taking care of my family while I'm out of town!”
