Aisles are cramped, but clean. Stock levels are fairly good. LONG wait times at busy hours due to lack of scheduled hours for sufficient cashiers. After the other dollar store closed in town, this is the only option in a reasonable distance to shop at.

Absolutely the worst store in this village ugh .. I'm visiting family and been hear a tad over a month so keep in mind was here during the day and night .. day time staff isn't bad well the young man and women I had weren't bad very friendly but The one blonde lady I do believe she's a manager is constantly rude to poverty type ppl we will call them smh..As for the night shift I do believe the one girl needs some anger management as she's hostile and doesn't do anything but talk on her phone and hang outside w her friends and I never know u were allowed an hour and half break for ur break time any place u work ?? The thing that really got to me is the way she runs her mouth about others, I was stuck waiting for my uncle to pick me up one night and over heard her talking about a former employee and how she got her /him fired because she/he had to many health issues and she just didn't like her and was laughing how her and some other lady kept trying to give her job away but no one wanted it geeee I wonder why smfh.. this girls hostility is horrible as well as how she treats the public u can see the nasty looks she gives and rudeness to ppl she doesn't care for and yet this is ok for a manager to do ?? the corporate ppl realy need to do something about it possibly New night manager one that actually will do the work not go hang w friends and or family for hours on the clock outside the store and let their co worker do it all !!!!!! maybe corporate should investigate and talk to the ones who were fired while she worked their , because she definitely plays a pity party for herself daily looks like she has a lot of people snowed including her store manger I'm sure if theirs trouble everyone else is to blame but her... It's amazing what u can gather on one small town in a little over a month ??? glad I'm going back to the sun and nice ppl soon!!!!! After the experience here wow just wow blows my mind so yeah one Star is it since u can't not give it at least one, come on corporate do better ??

Nearly every price tag is incorrect and staff blows you off when you point it out. The only employee there who is even a little personable is Layne. (The person whom I assume is) the manager takes no responsibility for the state of the place, which is always in shambles with very little space to get down aisles and product that you can't get to because there are massive carts in the way. Manager is also actively hostile to customers.

They close early, they open late. Never have any signs saying they're closed. Do better Dollar general, we could really benefit if that building was turned into a market with fresh food

This Dollar General is great to have in town. They have a nice selection of essentials and it turns out that at least once a week we find a need to stop in. The staff are always polite. I wish they would get a produce selection; maybe one day!

Good store. They seem to get inventory in. BUT, opening on time seems to be an issue. Moved to town almost a month ago, five different times the store has opened late. IE, after 0800, the posted open time on the main entry. This store does a lot of business with the location and community need. Can we get a district manager out to audit this place?Update, 0830 and the store is still not open. There was another person with their two kids waiting out front when I walked over. Saw a truck pull up and leave as I was walking over, again. Lost business as we all took our money elsewhere. Driving in to Cortland to spend.

So far I love the new store. The only problem I had was that around Christmas they didn't have any Christmas Trees and didn't end up getting any til after the holiday. The employees are great. There always welcoming and friendly.
