“My first time at the location in guilderland. The gentleman at the front gate Nick was incredibly helpful and walked me through how it all worked. As a new customer I had never been to this or any other location and didnt really know what it was all about. Super glad I came when nick was working because I really was lost and he was incredibly courteous. This place is dope! Love being able to vacuum out the car after a wash. My new weekly visit!”

The work they do on my cars Is 2nd # to none when it comes to making them flawless in every way, and in every detail. “First off, I'm involved in dog rescue transport so the inside of my car was a mixture of dog hair and dried dog drool. The windows were covered with nose prints, so that seeing out of the back windows was near impossible. Not to blame it all on the dogs, but the passenger seat had a large liquid stain, hopefully coffee or water in origin. Picked up my care and the interior was immaculate, as if I had just left the dealer. This is the second time that I have brought my car in for an interior detailing and it will not be the last!”

“Outstanding service! I was thrilled to see Paintworx Collision Center take over the old Geist Brothers spot earlier this year, and they have exceeded all expectations. As a family-owned business, their dedication to quality and community really shines through. It is clear they take immense pride in their craft. I highly recommend supporting this local business if you need any bodywork or collision repairs!”

“McGovern Jaguar Review As a lifelong Jaguar enthusiast of nearly 25 years, I’ve owned enough of them to know that these cars require experience, patience, and a high level of technical understanding — especially as mileage climbs. When my current Jaguar approached 95,000 miles, I began experiencing a hesitation under load on hills. After an initial diagnosis and repair, the issue unfortunately worsened, which was a frustrating result after investing a few thousand dollars. However, this is where McGovern Jaguar truly stood out. The head foreman, Chris, addressed my concerns immediately, spoke with me directly, and even met with me in person to go over the situation. Over the next several weeks, the team continued troubleshooting what turned out to be a complicated repair, with a technician even taking the vehicle home overnight to recreate the issue under real driving conditions. That level of attention and persistence is rare. In the end, the issue was repaired successfully, and I was satisfied with the fair resolution we reached regarding the final bill. Their willingness to communicate, take accountability, and see the repair through is something I genuinely appreciate. I will absolutely continue working with McGovern Jaguar in the future. For anyone who owns a Jaguar — especially one with miles and personality — their experience and dedication make them a dealership worth trusting.”

“Magic Touch detailing did a great job on our interior car detail. The team of 3 showed up at our house at the scheduled time (on a Sunday afternoon no less) and were very professional and efficient. The communication up front while scheduling (and the reminder of appointment a day ahead) was great and the team was very receptive to fix a small detail that was initially missed. The fact that they came to our house on a weekend afternoon was so convenient and eased the stress of scheduling a time to fit it into our busy schedules. The car looks and smells great now and we would definitely use their services again in the future! Thank you!”

“Hoffman's is ok...its like one out of maybe three carwashes in this one horse town. I guess it will have to do. No hand wash places up here...which sucks.”

“They did a good job making my dent look like it was never there! I’m happy that they were also so affordable compared to all the other body shops I got an estimate for. I can say the customer service can be better with a more organization in scheduling when their are any changes and reaching out to customers instead of customers having to reach out to them. Within the shop could definitely be cleaner and more organization could make a customer more at ease to trust them with their car. Other than that I’m happy!”

“I purchased a 2015 vehicle in Florida this August. No rust or rot for the last 10 years. I had Ziebert do the undercoat on it. I got it back and the black protective coating spilled over on my running boards. I made my representative know about this. I was assured that it would be fixed up and it was. It was washed and buffed up very nicely. I hope I will have future success with the products and continued great customer service.”
