I had brought the pearls that I inherited from my mom as I wanted the magnetic clasp replaced with a traditional one and several small pearls replaced on the strand. Irina did a wonderful job with them and I am happy with her work. A few weeks ago, I brought in several items to be repaired and cleaned up and purchase a replacement pair of gold claddagh earrings that I had. All of these were fulfilled and exceeded expectations. I am glad to have a reliable and personable jeweler nearby.

These folks once did me a favor and put on a watch case back back on my watch - and didn't charge me anything. They are local folks and I always like to support locals. So, when it came time for me to get an anniversary gift I remembered their kindness and decided to give them a try on a special order. They were extremely friendly and worked with me to pick out the specific items I was looking for. Because I had procrastinated there was not much time for them to get my order made - but they did it! The piece came out even better than I had envisioned and they selected a chain that truly compliments the look of the piece. That showed a special knowledge and concern for the look I wanted. I ordered a high quality pearl and diamond necklace and I could not be happier. Super friendly owner. High quality work. Attention to detail, and knowing how to make a customer happy!!! I will most certainly be visiting them again!!!

I had a custom wedding band made here and it came out better than I could have hoped for less than other quotes I had received. Customer service was great through the whole process. Ira is great to work with and I wholeheartedly would recommend Bella to anyone.
