I have been using Family Pest Solutions for pest control at my building for quite some time now, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, they’ve been incredibly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Their pricing is very fair—there’s no hidden costs or surprises. You know exactly what you're paying for, and the value is top-notch. What I love most about Family Pest Solutions is their honesty and consistency. They always deliver on what they promise, which gives me peace of mind knowing my property is in good hands.
I especially want to highlight one of their employees, Sean, who handles the pest control work at my building. Sean has been my technician since I signed up, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of service. He’s always on time and extremely polite and respectful. He takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing, why it’s necessary, and what to expect after each treatment. This kind of transparency is rare in any service industry, and I truly appreciate it. Sean never rushes through the job; instead, he makes sure every detail is taken care of and that I understand the full scope of the work. His thoroughness gives me confidence that the pest control measures are being done right, and it’s obvious he really knows his stuff.
What really sets Sean apart is his personable attitude. He’s incredibly easy to talk to and always willing to answer any questions I have, no matter how small or trivial they may seem. Sean makes the whole experience less stressful by breaking down what needs to be done and explaining the reasons behind it in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s never pushy or trying to upsell anything, which I appreciate. It’s clear that his priority is ensuring my space is pest-free, and he takes pride in his work.
Beyond Sean’s excellent service, the entire Family Pest Solutions team has been wonderful to work with. Scheduling is always easy, and their customer service is friendly and accommodating. Whether it’s fitting me in for a regular visit or addressing an unexpected issue, they’re quick to respond and make sure everything is handled smoothly.

I called Family Pest Solutions for the first time because I had a large spider residing behind the passenger side mirror of my car. Having a terrible fear of spiders I didn't know what else to do. I spoke to Marie and she was so wonderful and understanding. She got back to me in less than 10 minutes and said someone would be out in around and hour and a half. It was probably only 40 minutes later that Kyle showed up and was able to extract the spider within minutes. Kyle was also very kind and understanding. I am so incredibly grateful to Family Pest Control, Marie and Kyle for their assistance.

Had to have bee extermination done outside of house. Kyle came twice. He is very courteous and nice. Did an excellent job.. Recommend this place over any service in Capital District. Kudos to Kyle.

Sean did a great job mitigating (what a beautiful word) our rat infestation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicated everything in real time, taking pictures and videos to show us what he was working on. I would and will be recommending Family Pest Solutions to everyone I know, without hesitation. 10/10, will do business with them again.
