I come here often and this is the only place I come to get my feet done NEVER GET YOUR FEET DONE BY JIN THE MALE TECH he did not give me a good service argued with me about what I wanted and filled my left toe nail down about an inch yes I came it with it already broke but it was at a decent length he took it upon himself to file it down more when he only NEEDED TO SHAPE IT the owner did not comply with me they do not respect their customer and I have brought more than 3 new customers to their salon I have been going here for 3 years and they always treated me weird and off because of my skin tone they treat and talk to the white customers more than the black ones and they talk about you I know because I always use my translator when they start talking and laughing!!! The service has always been good that’s why I tolerated it but TODAY I DIDNT I SPOKE UP FOR MYSELF and THE OWNER FORCED ME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I WAS VISIBLY NOT HAPPY WITH AND TO MENTION ITS MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!!

I've tried so hard with this place. I switched here because it was closer than my usual place for winter. In the beginning it was a struggle because they took so longggg but the nails were okay. The last 3 times I've been so incredibly dissatisfied. Tonight, the worst I've ever had. Every nail is a different length. There is anc all over my skin. I have never had such a bad nail job in 25 years. And the guy that did them has done my nails before. I never loved them but they were never this bad. I guess I'm going back to my old place. I tried.

I would never go there. The acrylic feel off the first day and when I went back was asked to pay again. Worst customer service ever. Please don’t go. Ruby is so extremely rude

I don’t get any very complicated service just a manicure periodically. I have been very happy here. I find that the staff is somewhat inconsistent in how thorough a job they do with cuticles, etc. but overall I have never had a bad manicure. My favorite is Jeff, but Ruby does a good job as well. They are nice people to deal with. $15 for a manicure plus a tip is very reasonable.

My experience with this nail salon was horrible . My daughter brought a pic of what she wanted and didn’t get anything close to the pic . The woman I spoke to kept saying they would remove what was done and start over but my daughter had to leave since she was flying back home to SC. I asked for a refund and was told “NO REFUND!” This is no way to treat an unhappy customer . I own a salon myself and would NEVER handle this situation the way they did !! They lost my family members business that just moved there. Hope it was worth the $65 they charged me !!!!

I had went in and wanted a full set of acrylics. While the lady was nice, she TORE UP the skin around my nails. I’m talking about she was wiping blood off of my fingers. My fingers hurt SO bad for DAYS after and they were so scabbed. Some of the nail tips were put on crooked and the acrylic was not on evenly. She never apologized and I paid full price. This is the first time I got my nails done, I usually just get just my feet done and that is usually pretty good. I went back today and was going to give one last chance and tell her to be careful but thank god she wasn’t there and I had to go somewhere else because I finally found the perfect salon and I will never return here.

If I could give less than a 1 start review I truly would. My step mother went to this establishment to get her nails done for hers and my fathers wedding this weekend and the tech tore up her skin on her nails. My step mother left with multiple fingers bleeding and cut up and when she stated to the nail tech she was hurt the woman just said “oh sorry”. We paid nearly 60 dollars for injury and nails that look mediocre. Will not be doing business here again. Save your time and money and go else where.

So so cute and great pricing! They did an excellent job and took their time especially with shaping and filing. The staff were really sweet and took 2 people in for mani-pedis last minute! Definitely recommend this place! :)Services: Nail extensions

My nail already cracked and chipped after 2 days. Asked for square and got duck nails and had to file them when I got home. Also I got cut about 5 times during the service and they burned me while drilling. Never coming back. Ps the owner did my nails.
